Service is so slow here. Idk if they're lazy taking their sweet time working in here or what but service is so slow. Waited over 20 mins to pay a bill. Under staffed for a Saturday. Over capacity. It's Covid and people are here with their kidsssssd. With little space like that it shouldn't have to many people. Talk about social distancing. I must say off the bat: their customer service is AMAZING Ebony and Jeremy worked with my father and I, and they both were incredibly patient, respectful and knowledgable. Even when interrupted by rude customers, they never lost their cool. Ebony worked with my dad and Jeremy worked with me. They both worked diligently to apply the screen protectors on my dad and I's brand new iPhone 6 plus. Jeremy also helped with transferring my dad's dinosaur phone sim contacts into the new iPhone. Great help. Ebony greeted every single customer coming through the door. Incredibly friendly staff! I cannot stress that enough. I had a bit of a unique situation. I ordered an upgrade device through the customer service phone number and did not receive it. Had a horrible experience with reordering my device. Customer service said they would call me back the next day, they never called me back to or resent the device, as like they promised. I had to go to the store to buy the device because I am traveling in two days. Super inconvenient in the middle of my work schedule. Nonetheless, the Chris and the manager of the store Jessica were able to restore my hope in T-mobile. I appreciate the regard for certain 'in person purchase fees' being credited to my account for the inconvenience of not receiving my phone on time, or receiving a call from customer service the day prior, as promised. A new tmobile I wouldn't recommend. They do not have a kiosk for bill payment and had a big ordeal over upgrading my phone.

I came in for a trade-in promotion for the iphone 7. They quoted me $250 dollars for an iphone 5 if I purchased the 7. Seeing on the invoice that I was only receiving $58 dollars for the 5, so I asked them. They ensured me that it not the actual amount and the promotion was on the account memo that they could not show me. I just finished sending in the 5 and received only $58 dollars for it. Now I'm basically paying full price for the 7. Yeah I guess it was my fault falling for it. They will say anything to get their commission, they are not much more than scam artists. Expect to take one up the butt when coming in. Pros: long waiting times, "great" customer service and a sore darrere. read more

Fantastic! Especially for a cel phone store. I've had several bad experiences with this type of place in the past, so I had low expectations. However, I had just bought a new phone (direct online from the manufacturer) and I needed a micro SIM card for it as my previous phone used a full size SIM card. I also did not want to lose the several hundred contacts I had saved on the SIM card. I called them before going to make sure this was feasible and to make sure they were actually open, as it was within an hour of their listed closing time. I spoke to Marcus on the phone, and he assured me it would all be no problem. When I got there, probably 10-15 min after I had called, they were fairly busy. At least enough so that all of the employees were engaged. I was immediately told it would only be a few minutes. Sure enough, about two minutes later I was helped by Jeremy (I am pretty sure that is his name; if not, I apologize for remembering wrong!!) He transferred all my contacts etc over to the new phone, and then set me up with a new micro SIM card to fit my new phone. All in all it only took about twenty minutes, didn't cost me a dime, and had a very pleasant experience overall. MUCH THANKS TO ALL AT THE FIELDS CORNER T-MOBILE STORE!!! read more
