Every single time I go into this store, I find the reps are funny, energetic and very professional. They take the time to really explain and sort out the best deals. This location is no different than the other stores I've been to. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Well, I went just to check good offers. This girl asked me for an id I handed to her she runned my credit without permission. After she done told you qualified for any phone zero deposit. So I decided to buy a phone for my son. And me changed from att. That she said it would work. At the end she charged me $500 more than 50% of the value of the phone wich was supposed to be zero down. Plus she pulled my number from att and didn't work on t mobile. Now I have no phone working cause att take long time to unlock their phones. Typically when you go to a cell store, you get put through a series of dumb questions, sales pitches, and walk out less than satisfied. I went in expecting a run around and paying a ton for a new phone. I instead received the best service i could ask for. I told the associate (brenda i beleive) what the issue was. she got straight to resolving my issue and with the manager found me a huge discount through work. walked out with a new phone and a wonderful plan. i couldn't thank them enough! read more

Four employees in the store two are working two are merely shuffling papers as customers stand around and wait. Very poor customer service. Someone needs to at the very least greet the standing customers. read more

I have been with T Mobile for many years and have always had very good service. Today I went to their store at Southridge Mall and they did not have any working WiFi in the store. I need to exchange an old phone for a new one. Taylor was very sweet and really tried to help me, but she was unable to do what she needed to without WiFi. I had to take the new phone and the old phone home with me and call Apple and do the work myself. I asked if I could mail the old phone in and was told very rudely by Chantel "No and there are no exceptions to the rule." "And the phone needs to be back here today. "Chantel was rude and almost aggressive to several customers while I was waiting. I then went to take the phone back to the store and a guy was working, Taylor had told me to tell them when I came back that I needed to change my sim card and do a factory reset. This guy (he did not have a name tag),changed the sim card and then I asked if he needed to do a factory reset, He was also very rude and smirked and said, "Well no, why would we need to do a factory reset on the new phone?" I am very disappointed with the service that I received and I am now thinking of switching networks. read more
