I have a pre-paid phone we use for our housekeeper; it has a $70 positive balance; their dashboard has no ability to pay from that balance; and, they have sent me 2x emails and 3x texts threatening to terminate and I spend 31 minutes in a CHAT with ZERO support. I went to the Apple Store at Cherry Creek to upgrade my phone. I did this because T-Mobile said they would only give me $215 for my trade-in and Apple would give me $360. The Apple representative asked if I wanted to take advantage of an 800 off promotion, but her computer said I was ineligible and to call T-Mobile. I did call T-Mobile and spoke to my customer care representative Angelica, who said I could take advantage of the $800 off promotion, but I needed to do it in the T-Mobile store. She said to go to the T-Mobile store in the same mall. She said if there were any issues to have the store call her. I went to the T-Mobile store and spoke with the store manager Asia who told me I had to switch to the 5G plan. I told her that I didn't want to do this and that Angelica said I could still take advantage of the $800 off program if I did it through T-Mobile directly. She said that was not the case and I asked her if she could call and find out why I was told something different. She asked, "who do you want me to call" I replied, "how about Angelica, my customer care representative, who told me this?" She then told me I was rude and "to leave my store." Rather than helping me understand or telling me what my other options were she chose to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I went onto the Apple website and looked into purchasing a phone. They still give me the $360 off and although I cannot take advantage of the 800 off promotion, they're still willing to sell me a phone on installments. I could've done that through T-Mobile had Asia had any people skills. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years, but that will change as soon as I shop other plans. Nice job, Asia. read more

I wanted to change my network from mint to T-Mobile. After searching cost and features I called T-Mobile and after numerous calls over a week ported 3 numbers to them. Now whenever I call, it takes about an hour or more. My last call today I had to drop because it's like customer service has no idea what's going on. I just want to have access to the app. I got to tech after a long wait 3 weeks ago and and they promised to call back in 3 days. I'm I impatient to wait 3 weeks and call again? Talk about poor service overall! I got new phones from them as well..Is that not enough to warrant a resolution? Super mad at the crew at T Mobile today. Damien the manager was unwilling to refund for a failed ZAGG screen protector that they recommended. Told me to take it up with ZAGG. Contacted ZAGG and they said take it up with T Mobile. Screen protector shattered when I dropped my phone in grass, didn't protect the phone and now screen is shattered, too. Damien had NO recommendations where or how to get NEW PHONE FIXED. Shrugged me off and said next time buy the insurance. Worthless slackers at the Cherry Creek T Mobile store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. Long story short, I had a manager whose name I will leave out until he decides to actually call me and resolve the issue. Everyone else at the store has been supportive, but long story short I was blatantly deceived and lied to regarding what my Bill would be and how the transition process from verizon would work. I have now waited over a MONTH AND A HALF for a manger to call me regarding the blatant deception and lies that occurred in order to lure me from T-Mobile. My new bill of $90 a month with good old T-Mobile, has actually been $122 a month. I have now payed this amount 3 times. They assured me they were beyond sorry and a manager would reach me before my next billing cycle. Guess what happened? I got billed $122 The only money I have saved was by ME removing T-Mobile One Plus which this for now unnamed manager snuck into my plan along with a "free screen case and protector" when I asked if there was any promos he could help me with because I was not only buying an Iphone XS but also switching over to T-Mobile. I am now being billed MONTHLY for this free screen protector and case that he hooked me up with "cause we were homies" I have never received a call from this person. I have been in the store in person and he was "on vacation". I have now waiting over a month a half for a phone call that has not come. All that has happened is I have spent more monthly than I was with Verizon, have had 0 follow up whatsoever, and at this point if I don't receive a call TODAY, I will be pursuing further action in accordance with what Corporate told me to do from here It would be different if after wasting hours and hours of my life trying to resolve this, if T-Mobile and the manager at this location showed any care or interest in customer service and called me make it right. Went in here to change from at&t, pleasant 1 hour and a half and a hard credit check later to be told they can't port(transfer phone number) a 907 number(Alaska)... ridiculous they couldn't tell me that or know that from the start. I walked in with my own Android phone, and asked to sign up to $50 basic plan(500 Megabyte per month). I have read up the details form tmobile website. Easy sale right? NO! The manager said we CANNOT sell any plan to Smartphone users, without adding adding $10 extra to a 2GB plan. He repeatedly confirmed it was a new TMobile corporate policy. I went home, called 3 other Tmobile stores in town, that was an outright lie. All were confused, then surprised/amused when I asked about this. My friend went to this, same story. But he had been warned. Too bad this is the store closed to my house, the next one is 30minutes away. ======= Consumer beware!! They then kept billing me for phone service even tho I did not have a phone and would not stop even after visiting the store twice and calling the main T-Mobile service center twice. They then turned the bill over to collection even though the Manager told me he would credit the account because he admitted it was their mistake. I am still getting collection calls 2 years alter. Not to be confused with the "third party" T-Mobile that's up stairs in the mall (gag). This location is an actual T-Mobile spot down near the food court! I was a T-Mobile customer when I got my first cell phone. Went away for some years, then thought I'd give them another try several years ago. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Their staff (especially Sarah) has always been extremely helpful in making sure I was making the best use of my plan. I love having the most current phone without having to shell out $500+, every time the next best thing comes along. But they don't just sell phones. I've bought several electronic items (beats headphones, UE Boom speakers, LG Tones, etc..) that you can get from big retailers. Best part is, if you don't want to pay it all up front, you can put it into your monthly bill! Knock on wood I've never had any billing issues. But I know if I ever did, this spot would help me get it taken care of! There are plenty of T-Mobile spots near my house (at least three I can think of within a couple miles of me), but I make the 15 mile trip to make sure I'm taken care of. I take my business where I know I'm appreciated & taken care of. Not just where the best deal may be. read more

This ended up being an expensive purchase for me and the manager had some subordinate talk to me instead of talking to me himself. I went to this location in the mall to purchase a new 3G smartphone. I got home and it kept dropping calls all day, I went back and they switched out the phone for the same one, I went home and the same thing happened -I immediately returned to exchange, then they switched out the sim card. I then went to work and the same thing started happening "Call failed" right in the middle of my conversation with my client. I returned to the location for help, the phone was switched out again. I went home and CALL FAILED once agian! Then by this time I had days left to return it from the original purchase date (14 days to return for refund but I needed THAT phone for work) I called customer service and they mentioned a software issue that the phone was known for and that it would be a few weeks before the software update was available. Until then I couldn't use the Wi-Fi or 3G on the device. I waited the few weeks which turned into a few months and NOTHING. No update. Not only could I not take calls on the 3G network, I also couldn't even use it with my wi-fi! I was out 450 dollars. I called the store today and asked if they would set me up with a completely different phone (the HD2 which I was willing to pay for) and since there was a waiting list, a salesmen that i spoke to (whom was new) had suggested the possibility of bumping me up the line since i've had so much trouble. He said he would speak the manager and would get back to me. When he returned my phone call he said "The manager said no, but I can put you on the waiting list... there are 30 people ahead of you. We are receiving 3-5 HD2s a week." Another 7 weeks and $650 before my money bought me what I wanted? I don't think so! GLENN (Manager) doesn't know what loyalty and retention means. If his store sells this phone, they should stand by it. If it ultimately didn't work for me for WHATEVER reason as long as it wasn't MY fault, they should have offered to take the phone back after the return period or provide me with what I ultimately wanted. I solved this problem ultimately and I had to call a lot of people and spend more money to get it done. The only reason why I went back go Glenn's store was because since I bought it there, customer care was only able to do so much for me. I was at Glenn's mercy, basically. I never spoke to him ONCE in this whole ordeal, he had his sales associates talk to me. Oh, I might add, the software update hasn't come out for the Blackberry Bold 9700 and his store still sells it. The information on the phone says it offers Wi-Fi calling and 3G service, yet it doesn't. I would say be careful purchasing from this retailer but I personally wont be returning at ALL. If you like spending $650 on faulty products and dealing with this sort of aggravation, this store is for YOU! read more

I bought the new iPhone 6 here just before Christmas, and the man who helped me was just not much help at all. My Droid had broken and instead of paying to replace it for the 60th time I just decided to upgrade, especially with the availability of the payment plan the guy who worked there told me about. Cool, let's do it. So I pick one (just the basic iPhone 6) and he said "Oh, that one's out of stock. We only have the 60 something gigs, I'll go grab it." And I asked him what the differences were because I'm not savvy. He listed the larger storage space, faster, and a couple hundred dollars more. WHAT. He would have just grabbed it for me didn't mention anything about price just "I don't have that one, I'll get you this one instead". Okay, I work full time but I am nowhere near rolling in it. A couple hundred dollars is a big difference to me. So he said he would have one shipped to me. That's fine with me, I had an old phone I was using in the meantime. I let him know I was going to be in California for the next week for Christmas, so I should have it shipped there. He goes through the whole process of filling out the shipping form and all of that. Then, I asked when it would arrive and he said "about two weeks". I JUST TOLD YOU I AM ONLY THERE FOR A WEEK. So then I end up having to pay for next day shipping or wait two weeks to get the phone, as he told me it was "probably sold out everywhere" when I asked if they had it at another location. It took literally 45 minutes for him to understand that our billing address is different than the address we are shipping to, and he mixed them up in every possible way you can imagine. I have been a TMobile customer for 10 years. I bought an Iphone 5s and a couple of days later had to return it because the volume buttons stopped working. Luckily the Apple Store switched it out for me. Months later my power unit failed and the phone won't power on. I PAY FOR a protection plan that includes free replacement. The catch is, even if they have a phone in the store they won't give it to you. You have to get one shipped from the warehouse. I was told I'd have my phone today. It didn't come so I called the store that I bought the phone from and who processed the return and was told they couldn't tell me anything over the phone. I explained I'm leaving town and I need the phone so something needs to be done ASAP. Jeremy puts me on hold for 10 mins then I got disconnected. I called back and Jordan tells me there is nothing he can do for me and hangs up on me. So I go down there and he looks at the computer and says the phone has not shipped its processing. "What does that mean," I ask. He walks away from me. So I tell him to call a supervisor immediately and he hands me the phone and tells me to call customer service. They tell me that the phone is out of stock in the warehouse. I spoke to a supervisor who was very nice but he said he can't force a store to give me a phone and it's going to be a few weeks before the 5s is available. The kiosk I'm at doesn't have any loaner phones so I ask the supervisor to call the store upstairs and find out if they have any. I ask Jeremy to tell the supervisor the number. He throws the phone down on the counter and writes it out on a post it note. Even the Tmobile supervisor was shocked at this. Anyway the basic takeaway here is DO NOT PAY FOR A PROTECTION PLAN! If you're thinking of going with Tmobile, DON'T. I have never been treated so rudely by a company especially one that I've been using for 10 years. The supervisor is sending me an LG phone when there were boxes of Iphones at the store. It was nice of the supervisor to send me a phone but now i'm going to have to buy a car charger for my trip, only to get rid of it in a couple of weeks if my 5s ever comes.
