Decent service at a good price. The only issue I have is that it's hard to find any phone accessories unless it's the newest latest phone.

I had a very poor experience with this company. My first impression was formed by the tech being…read morehours late, and the company usually gives a 2 hour window - he missed the window. Then, he gave a verbal quote for the next job (which again, he was over an hour late for), and that quote was inaccurate because of his incompetence in doing the job - he kept messing up and since he's charging by the hour, there's no incentive to do a job quickly and correctly the first time, as he said: "if there's anything wrong, you've got the warranty to fix it." Good thing I had the warranty, because a different tech had to come out and fix the problem from the second job - and he was still late, but I was given a phone call by his manager this time to warn me (I guess complaining induces manners), and he stayed less than half and hour because 1) he's a better tech (it was Randy, named in the prior review, and if I'd had him the first time I'm sure this review would be totally different) and 2) he's not getting paid by the hour. The business model of this company seems to be: "take a long time to do a crappy job the first time, and "fix" the job under the warranty plan." They don't put any quotes on paper first, because hey, then you've got proof of what they quoted you and how can they jack up the price afterwards? If you've ever taken a taxi in a foreign country and got taken on the "scenic route", that's exactly how I felt during my experience with this company - unprofessional and untrustworthy. I explained how I felt to both the tech's dispatcher and his manager and his account manager - nobody cared, and so I'm glad I'm not ever dealing with this crappy company again and would not recommend them to anyone. If I ran my business like this, I'm sure my doors would be closed in no time.

ATS Communications has been our telephone service provider for over 15 years, and I've come to…read moretrust them to provide excellent service and technical recommendations. Recently, I availed myself of their telecommunications review service to find a new telecom service provider for voice and data at five of our locations. I'm very pleased to report that ATS's Christine ("Chris") Cahill assisted me with this project that spanned nine months (because we had various prior carrier contracts expiring at different times). Chris stepped us through the project from researching our needs, finding cost-saving options by negotiating rates with carriers, changing mid-stream to a different plan when a given carrier wasn't able to execute on promises, coordinating and scheduling installations, and even reviewing and correcting initial invoices for new services from the new service provider to ensure accuracy. She saved me an incredible amount of grief and time-consuming coordination and trouble-shooting, and followed through on every detail of the project through to its final completion. Having handled details of conversions to new carriers in the past by myself for just single locations, I would have been overwhelmed by a project of this magnitude without her help. I recommend using ATS Communications for any business looking to find and implement their most cost-effective telecommunications options!
