If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went to T-Mobile store #2042 in Fort Lauderdale for a connectivity issue on my Pixel 8. An employee inserted a physical SIM and my phone immediately worked--full signal, texts downloading, data functioning. The issue was effectively resolved. Without my request, the employee then removed the working SIM and began swapping in additional SIM cards. From that moment on, my phone lost connectivity and could not recover. When I pointed out that the device had just been working minutes earlier, the store manager dismissed the situation outright. There was no attempt to restore the working configuration, no meaningful troubleshooting, and no accountability for what had just changed. Instead, I was told the phone was defective, which I have since confirmed is not accurate. After leaving the store, I had to spend hours diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue myself, including a full factory reset and working with T-Mobile support directly. As I write this, I am dealing with ongoing service instability on a day of travel with my family. That is not just inconvenient--it's unacceptable. You cannot take a working device, make changes that break it, and then pretend nothing happened. That is exactly what occurred here. To make matters worse, the manager refused to provide any escalation contact and repeatedly shut down the conversation instead of addressing the issue. Unfortunately I would have to agree with others, the employees at this store do not know what customer service is. I walked in and there were 4 employees not doing anything. The stared at me, did not say hello and when I said I was having problems with my phone they acted as if they could not be bothered. The lady looked at it and said I had caused the problem and could not help me. I will not go to this store again. They need better management. read more

I got a screen protector from them on the premise of a lie. The guy sold me one of those sticker screen protectors for $40 about 3 months ago with the premise that I could replace it with a glass one just at that time they didn't have it in stock. I stopped by about 2-3 weeks ago to get the screen protector they still didn't have it in stock. I asked is he able to search other stores there he said sure he searched for me but said there is none nearby but he could order one online. I went ahead and ordered it to be shipped to my house it was supposed to take 10 days. I got the email that it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. So I went back to the store today to say i haven't received it and to see if they gotten any. Still no. The guy today even tells me that he's never seen a glass screen protector for the phone. So now here I am out $40 and no screen protector and highly upset. I leave and decide to call the store and ask for a refund on my $40 because there is no product for me (which should be standard if you cannot supply what is paid for a refund or at least partial refund should be awarded to you) but Ms. Paula the store manager tells me that I can't be given a refund and that I just need to check other stores. Yet y'all apparently have the ability to check other stores and can clearly see no store has it. Make it make sense! I will be calling or showing up tomorrow to speak with the general manager and if that doesn't work well hopefully corporate can help me. -$40 lost on a sticker read more

I only wish that no stars was an option. Rude and uncaring. The store used to be OK, but I guess they had a change in management. I stopped by there, to have my phone reset, the phone I had purchased there. Had to wait while the staff was amusing themselves by watching videos. Mind you I was the only customer there. When they finally condescended to ask me what I want they proved to be totally useless. A call to Apple support quickly resolved my problem. Now I am handicapped and do not have the use of my right arm. I stopped by the store to have them replace my screen protector, which I had with me. I politely asked if they could do it and the lady at the counter said yes. Now I know that that is not a part of the service and I knew she was doing it as a favor . Once she had removed the existing screen protector and used two of the pads that came with the new screen protector to clean and dry a manager appeared from the back and told me to leave.He said he was watching the transaction from the back and she was not permitted to do this work. I told him that this puts in a precarious position since I do not have any screen protector and now I do not have pads to clean and dry the phone. At any rate even though the store is near me I will never go there again. I came here to do the T mobile Jump! as I was growing tired of my S7 s battery life. Instead I chose to get the latest iPhone which is the 7. I'm in love with it and it's thanks to Carlos who took care of me throughout the entire process. Even though the place is quite small when you go in and you may have to stand a while before being tended to, it's clear to see that the employees here know what they're talking about and do their best to serve their clients. I also liked the fact that I could talk about gaming with him while my phone's contacts, pictures, etc. was being transferred to my new iPhone. Lovely people and service. read more

I have always avoided these TMobile stores because they are busy and not quite up to the snazziness of Apple (but who is and that is all Apple is selling is decor and too many underpaid eager beaver type salestrons) so I have traditionally done my business with Customer Care. That's going to change after my experience with (Store 2042), the TMobile location in the wee mall behind the Walgreen's and opposite Publix on Sheridan, East of Route 95. I had been given a sales pitch by the Customer Care Dept about getting a new Samsung, Galaxy 6 Edge and if I did I would get one year of Netflix for free (Samsung's promotion). Well, I went into the store and was greeted by two of the nicest guys around, the store GM, Gus Espinosa and his hard, hard working assistant, Yoel Suarez. They worked me through the silliness of the Samsung promotion and sold me an Edge 6 (a very pretty device indeed). Gus said, "If you don't like it, just bring it back in; there will be no problems." I took him at his word and tried the Edge for 12 hours and hated everything about it. The next day I went back and Gus was not aboard and I was told that there was a restocking fee of $50. WOW! No way man! I said that my association with TMobile (Deutsech Telekom, located in Bonn) goes back over 20 years. His hands were tied, the GM was not there and he was obliged to follow store policy. When Gus returns I shall have a chat with him regarding the matter. (I also know people in Germany connected with Deutsche Telekom and don't mind a bit bending their ear since I am overdue for a call anyway.) The $50 is not my point in writing about this particular location. MY aim is to let the public know how great this store is. For one thing they saved me money by telling me about a new program which for $120, the customer gets four line and each line is allowed 10 GB of High Speed data. This new feature saves me a lot! The next thing that Yoel explained was JUMP ON DEMAND. This program allows a customer to trade in his/her device three times a year on a lease plan (which can be converted to purchase after 18 months). Wunderbar!! I always want a new device with more storage and the way devices are changing so fast I am always window shopping because I like new and shiny. How much for an iPhone 6 per month? $19!! Yes, I said nineteen dollars with 10 GB of data. The best part is that Yoel invited me to come in when the iPhone 6s comes out with the new ios9 operating system; trade my phones in, what two weeks or so from now. Here is the best part they offered me $480 off my bill ($40 per month) for every new business customer I bring in to them. I can't hate that kind of business and am very impressed with these guys, low key, polite, and concerned. read more

So I purchased a Galaxy watch and it was working fine for 2 days. I had ordered the watch from T Mobiles office and they delivered them to the T Mobile store. Once I couldn't get the watch properly I immediately call Samsung technician...what a joke!!! If they are technicians..let me not say. Now this was 2 times I called. The last tech I spoke to gave me a link for YouTube. Figure it out your self he told me!! Since I was away for business I couldn't go to the T Mobile store. I went today and spoke to the Assistant manager, very polite, greeting people as they came in, all this and he fixed my watch in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Job well done!! read more

We went in twice to contest what they told us in persona DM they told us to just call customer service. Worst customer service at the store and via phone.
