    If I could give this location zero stars, I would…read more I went to T-Mobile store #2042 in Fort Lauderdale for a connectivity issue on my Pixel 8. An employee inserted a physical SIM and my phone immediately worked--full signal, texts downloading, data functioning. The issue was effectively resolved. Without my request, the employee then removed the working SIM and began swapping in additional SIM cards. From that moment on, my phone lost connectivity and could not recover. When I pointed out that the device had just been working minutes earlier, the store manager dismissed the situation outright. There was no attempt to restore the working configuration, no meaningful troubleshooting, and no accountability for what had just changed. Instead, I was told the phone was defective, which I have since confirmed is not accurate. After leaving the store, I had to spend hours diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue myself, including a full factory reset and working with T-Mobile support directly. As I write this, I am dealing with ongoing service instability on a day of travel with my family. That is not just inconvenient--it's unacceptable. You cannot take a working device, make changes that break it, and then pretend nothing happened. That is exactly what occurred here. To make matters worse, the manager refused to provide any escalation contact and repeatedly shut down the conversation instead of addressing the issue. This was not just poor service--it actively made the situation worse and then refused to take responsibility. Avoid this location if you value your time, your device, or basic accountability.

The stared at me, did not say hello and when I said I was having problems with my phone they acted as if they could not be bothered. The lady looked at it and said I had caused the problem and could not help me. I will not go to this store again. They need better management.

I have had my offices phone lines down for over 5 hours and I am still awaiting a tech. They have given me 3 different timelines and refused to send over a technician until they receive a payment! They want me to buy a 10 hour support block at 175/hour. THEY WILL WANT YOU TO PAY $1750 JUST TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND POTENTIALLY FIX IT. POTENTIALLY! AS IN NO GUARANTEE! Then if they consume those 10 hours trying to repair it and it is not resolved you need to sign another agreement!!! THEY REFUSED TO TROUBLESHOOT ON THE PHONE! This company is a cancer to my business and has absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. 10 AM - "We have a technician in the car heading to you, they will arrive in 1hr 30min. Please have our check ready." 11:30 AM - "We will not dispatch the technician until you have confirmed that they check is ready" -- Already did this on the phone. Twice. Sent an email this 3rd time. 11:45 AM - "The technician will arrive within the hour as long as we have an agreement on purchasing 10 hours of block time." 12:30 PM - "The technician has just been dispatched, they will arrive within the hour." This company is a joke. This isn't the first time something like this happens either. I am sure there are some very knowledgeable technicians working there, but their business operations simply do not work. This company is clearly more concerned about collecting payment than correcting the issue. NO customer service. NO urgency. NO help.

To be featured on Help Me Howard Channel 7 News Miami an AT&T Business Costumer for 15 Years with Unlimited Plan & 3 Lines On Oct 13th 2021 I went to AT&T store on Young Circle Hollywood Fl to order 2 IPhone 13 Pro Max up grade One for My Wife, One for My Wife One for Me. when I ordered I paid off my 2 Previous i Phones 11 pro max $895 & I pre-paid the Sales taxes for the 2 New IPhone 13 pro max to be shipped. $168 My Wife's IPhone 13 Pro Max arrived by FedEx on November 17th 2021 but Mine, Never arrived. On Friday Dec 10th 2021, I called AT&T & reported that I never received my IPhone 13 Pro Max order almost 2 Months ago. AT&T checked on FedEx Tracking # & Phone had been lost in transit. As a result of my Call, My Wife's IPhone 13 Pro Max phone # 1-954-662-xxxx got reported by At&t Costumer service in Philippines as Stolen & her Phone # got black list. The Very Next day I called AT&T for 1h30 minutes to get her phone # off Black list Her phone worked 30 minutes & stopped again, I went to the Young Circle store, they sent me to corporate store on Sheridan, after 2 hours, Phone worked for 30 minutes again, on Sunday I called again AT&T & same, phone got to work 30 minutes & block again On Monday I returned to the store & same, re-activated 30 minutes & blocked again, all week I called every day AT&T & spent over 32 hours either on the Phone or in the Store every day. Finally fed up Friday December 17 I went to Apple & bought 2 IPhone 13 Pro Max 1 for Me, 1 for My Wife $2489 & canceled my account with my 3 phones with AT&T for putting my wife out of work for 8 days & wasting 27 hours of my Time & I switched to TMobile & discovered that my new monthly Bill for unlimited phone for 3 lines will go from AT&T $297/month to $140/month with T Mobile unlimited As all my AT&T phone were Paid off except my Wife's IPhone 13 Pro Max received November 17 & Blocked & Black list since December 10th 2021, I went back to AT&T sheridan corporate store to unlocked my paid off phone & get my wife's Number re-activate & un blacklist & get credit for the Pre-paid Sales taxes paid on October 13th for thé 2 IPhone 13 Pro max 1 to return 1 never received & credit for 2 months services charged with the 2 IPhone 13 Pro max as I canceled my account. Corporate AT&T store sent me to Young Circle Noble AT&t Store to get the refund since they charged me on October 13th I drove again there, after explaining the situation agent was trying to solve my issues 1/ Unlocking my son Phone already paid 2/ restore My Wife Phone # Blocked 3/ Credit the prepaid Sales taxes for the 2 IPhone 13 Pro max ordered Oct 13th 4/ take back the at&t IPhone 13 pro max of my wife Agent was helpful & offering to wave $55 restocking fee but was still unable to unblock my Wife phone # black list Until the store manager intervened & then refused the return because it was more than 14 days.     Truly an unpleasant experience…read more Bought an Apple Watch on Monday (direct shipping) from Michael. (I should also mention I upgraded in person to iphone11 with no issues) The watch was supposed to arrived on Thursday. Thursday comes and the watch hasn't arrived. I call AT&T customer service and confirm my identity. They say because I 'bought' in store. I have to go to the store to fix it. I then call said store & Michael answers! He says no problem we can fix the issue is store. The next day is Friday. I go in store and wait for about 45minutes (I also call 611 to walk them through the in store difficulties I'm having) for the associates to tell me they don't understand the problem and recommend me going to another store tomorrow. One of the associates happened to be the store manager Earl. An absolute waste of time.
