I know absolutely nothing about how phones work I was asking questions and just getting looked at by two men doing nothing. There wasn't any one else in the store so I don't understand why I wasn't being helped with the questions that I had. The man told me something that I could do with the phone I told him that I didn't know how to do that , I wasn't given just met with silence. But not guy who fixed my phone, apparently, only guy who fixed your phone is only guy that can re-fix it! Not a yippee! So, stuck with a phone at 8% battery... Go to Warwick mall hoping to find someone to fix what they screwed up... I did! "The Fix" in Warwick mall had me out the door, and fixed the connection that was not connected from this places repair, for around 40.00. YIPPEE!
