I visited this location around 7:30 p.m. on 10/29/24 for help with unlocking a phone I paid off two years ago and encountered a very dismissive and unhelpful store associate. He was around 5'2, clean shaven, and in his 20s with a jacket covering his name tag. I was having a rather unique issue and had already been calling into customer service for three days because the reps could find no record of my account. When trying to explain the context of the situation, the store associate sighed visibly and cut me off. Then, he proceeded to ask me questions that he would have known the answer to if he allowed me to provide the proper context in the first place! I'm still trying to figure out what was the most absurd thing about this encounter - him picking his nose before handling my phone, when he just walked to the back in the middle of helping me and never returned, or when I handed me the store's phone to talk to another t-mobile rep like I worked there. He was on the phone with a rep talking about my issue and then handed me the phone, told me to talk to them, and then walked off. I had to finish up everything on the call myself. He didn't even check to see if everything was resolved after I hung up and left the store. I'm still a little shocked and wondering if I was on a hidden camera show. read more

I purchased a new cell phone at this location. I was told that I needed to mail in my old phone back to T Mobile and that T-Mobile would mail me a box and instructions to return the old phone. I did not receive anything in the mail. I called the store and got no help whatsoever. I've spent the last few days on the phone with Customer Service and I cannot get them to send me a box and instructions for return. Terrible customer service. Still no resolution. read more

BILL INCREASED BY 70% DUE TO BEING LIED AT THIS LOCATION. I went there in July 2023. I asked about promos and they told me they can upgrade my phone every 2 years for free. I just have to trade in the phone and I will receive a bill credit each month to cover the phone for 2 years. My bill would have to be changed from the current $140 plan I had to the $170 plan. I did not mind the $30 increase since the 2 phones I upgraded to iPhone 14 will be covered. 2 months later my bill is now $110 MORE and sure enough the phone does not receive a monthly credit. I'm now stuck in a plan that does not benefit me and paying an increase of 70%. read more

Jose try to scam me to upgrade all my phones when clearly four phones out of five phones were 5G. I talk to another rep and they inform me it was fine plus I know those phones were fine because of my own knowledge. The last straw was him putting a sim card into my phone saying its not working and that a t-mobile sim card different from sprint so I need to get a sim sprint card, which makes no sense. I am glad he didn't remove the sim card and I went home to activate it over the phone with sprint. Less than five minute process. Clearly a sim card works either way. T-MOBILE STORE #1339 My husband and I walked into the Mall at Coral Square in Coral Springs, Florida and we were in need of a new cell phone. They were practicing social distancing and they did have there mask on which was great to see. One of the associates named Josh in store # 1339 was very helpful and he explained our contract from beginning to end. His customer eccentricity was on point! He even gave us his number just in case we had any questions that we missed while talking to him in the store. This is a nearest "Corporate" (company not third party) T-Mobile store to my home. I have used this as my store for my last couple of phone purchases but on this visit, I didn't feel overly confident talking to the salesperson. I was there when they opened at 10am but someone else had the same plan. There were two employees so we each got immediate attention. As I was asking questions, I realized she didn't know that much about the hardware and they were pushing Apple products. I'm an Andriod kinda girl so it left me with very little to chose from and the price seemed high. I left empty handed to do more research online. I'm sure most of you know but you don't have to buy from your provider. My research found the same phone (unlocked) offered on multiple sites... for less! Enough less that I would have been foolish to buy from them plus, they charge a fee to buy in store. Really? This store has been in Coral Square for quite some time but I didn't have the confidence to buy today or return with my set-up questions. It seems like the employees are more sales oriented and less technically informed... just sayin'. Happy shopping! read more

long story short, I came into this T-Mobile wanting a new phone or an upgrade. I asked if they had any promotions that would allow me to do that. of course they said yes, and it would only be 145$ so I agreed. as I waited she went to the back spoke to her manager and came back with a different price, it went from 145 to 230. i agreed but only if I could keep my number since I work for FedEx and didn't want to have to go through the hassle of updating everyone and everything associated with the number. they said of course you can keep it, not a problem. so as we were waiting and filling out the information another man kept hounding us to try their new Internet, we kept refusing. after 2 hours of waiting I finally left with my phone. as I left my wife tried to call me but couldn't because the phone had a completely different number. I had to run back in to tell them I needed my sim back so I could have number back, at first they said they threw it out and I would have to deal with the new number. My wife had a fit, and my somehow my sim card was found. So we go home, no problems no issues. The next morning I find out my line has been suspended and has been transferred and is being used to for home internet. They completely changed my plan added a line we didn't need and when we called customer service we learned their was an entirely different promotion that would've been more suited for my needs and more affordabl. but the sales associate wouldn't have been able to make as much commissio. I seriously hope the T-Mobile representative I spoke to on the phone keeps her word and contacts corporate. These sales associate are extremely pushy rude and shiesty. MUST READ ! I went to this T-Mobile to trade my iphone 12 for 14, the spanish lady , her name is Gema! i don't know if she's new in the business or something but she barely knows what she's doing, she was on her phone during the whole process! she's slow as hell I went at 2pm I left the place at 8pm the reason why she went to my old phone and turned off the passcode without even opening the new phone first and suddenly everything was disabled on the phone the Face ID everything was gone , when I tried to open the phone it said unable to use Face ID ,use your password,I put on my code it said incorrect password , oh I was so pissed I've been using this password for years ,I was like how come?the lady messed me up , I had to go to apple store they erased the phone cs the phone was completely locked there was no other way to get trough it,I lost everything my data pictures videos! my iCloud was not backed up everything was on the phone ! When I came back the next day to return the trade phone after I left the Apple Store,i gave back the phone to that same lady and left , when I was on my way home she called my phone on top of all that she said I'm the one to ship the phone they have the label everything come back and pick it up,listen this was in a pain in the a$$ I went back the lady took 1hr to give me the phone omg! she went in the back office and never came back I'm at the store waiting on it wasn't even busy ,,it was just me as a customer! Will not recommend this tmobile at Coral Springs mall, just so you know I went to ups and drop the phone they didn't even ask me for id neither had to sign anything they could've just done it but they so lazy and smh, bad experience ever ! My parents bought 2 iPhones from here and we're trying to get everything transferred from their old phones to the new ones. We stood around for over an hour (the store was not busy) there was 5-6 people working and only about 6 people in the store. Most of the customers were standing around for a long time while multiple employees were huddled with 1 customer. They continued to walk past us and talked and joked amongst themselves with no help. I saw 1 employee (the only one actually working) who was just finishing with a customer and asked him to help us. Godfrey was very friendly and immediately came over and helped us. He explained everything to us and set their phones up in no time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Godfrey is the only reason I gave this review any stars! Bought a new phone earlier this month at this store. Store Manager Nelson welcomed me when I entered and assisted me with picking out a phone. He and store employee Wilson set my new phone up adding all photos and info from my old phone. Quite a difference from my earlier experience and review of the Margate store! These employees in the Coral Springs store clearly knew what they were doing....as the ones in the Margate store did not! I felt very comfortable and at ease with Nelson and Wilson assisting me and recommend going to this location for sales or service! I will certainly return to this store for any future needs! Excellent job by Nelson and Wilson. They are certainly two employees that represent T-Mobile as "5 Star" employees! read more
