05/22/2024 was told ups needed a signature in person and I have to be home between 11:45 3:45 and i need to wait and by 3:45 I receive a message from ups my phone has been delivered...never signed anything. I called the store and ups to tell me that I received it,when I said I didn't the manager (Tiera) asked for my id to just scan it and tell me it's reported stolen now!! 12/24/19 I can't tell you enough how much I HATE shopping for phones . It always takes forever and yesterday was no exception. Really the worst part was the wait. I did enjoy the service of being able to be free to put myself on the waiting list and walk around the shopping center. Anyway I went back to the store after about 45 minutes because the estimated wait was 49 minutes. I still waited at least 10 minutes. Of course I come to find out that the text service was having issues so notifications failed to go out. Ugh of course. Anyway the time when you finally got to see a t mobile employee wasn't bad. The person who helped me did not tell me his name but he had beautiful sleeves of colorful tattoos that I openly admired. He was awesome and answered all my questions. I have a love/hate relationship w Apple but I upgraded to a lavender iPhone 11. I appreciate the ease of use but I hate Apple in other ways. However, today, Cedric H was so helpful and accommodating, as well as polite, I highly recommend that you ask for him. Pro: Does the T-mobile provides a reasonable customer service?? Maybe. If you walk in their store and use their store phone to call the customer service rep. Guess what, I use my T-mobile phone to call 611 and thru 3 reps suddenly my call has been hacked by 2 or 3 calls coming at the same time and this happened twice already. They hack my phone and interrupt to terminate the conversation. Cons: So their store clerk asks me to use their store phone. Wonderful. The first two calls have been transferred to the next one. A rep's name, Alex, like my agnel, finally found my T-Mobile account no and the transfer pin so I finally can replace my broken phone to the other cheaper plan. Conclusion-- Thru the devil's training by them, probrolly few people want to go back to purchase the T-Mobile service. At least 5 years, I won't. read more

We have use this T-Mobile store in Collegeville right near the Wegmans supermarket in the past. The experience really relates to the people that are working there. Five years ago there was a wonderful woman Anna, who was very helpful, offered suggestions on special plans that were the best for us and also we were able to get two new iPhones for the price of one which is a plan we would only have known about from her sharing. I switch to Verizon because I have that in my home. However, Verizon calls frequently dropped and I don't have Internet coverage in many places so I thought I would go back and talk with Anna. I ended up talking with a man by the name of Wilton. There was a problem with another customer in the store, and she was talking very loudly to the T-Mobile rep. This made it difficult for me to focus. Wilton told me that I had ADD which I really don't think is appropriate. I had to ask him about specific plans, and what kind of deals were being offered. It was like pulling teeth. He was rather condescending. A Spanish couple was in the store, and he really wanted to help them. So, he left me hanging and talked with them. I asked about the latest iPhone and since I have vision problems, I needed something large. He told me that the iPhones are really "toys "and an android is a much better way to go. He said he would never have an iPhone. I left the store and will not be going back there. It's all about the people that work there and how much they focus on customers. Wilton was clearly not interested in helping me. I don't think I need to be talked to in a condescending manner when I am a customer. Perhaps because I am a woman and not Spanish. I just started coming here because my T-Mobile guy is up here. Yep, I have a guy lol. I've been going to him since we were both with AT&T (me as a customer and him as an employee) and I think we both switched over about the same time. Anytime I have any issue, I go to him and this location was his newest transfer. Anyway, the reason for today's visit was last night my phone froze and wouldn't allow me to reboot. After numerous attempts, I finally got it to restart but it insisted there was no SIM card. Sure enough when I opened it to check, there wasn't one. So I called T-Mobile and the girl who answered told me I could get one mailed to me for no charge (7-10 business days) or go into the store and pay $15-$20. So I went in and Dave got me a new SIM card, activated it, and I was on my merry way. Now if I only knew what happened to my original SIM card... read more

Im not giving a review for the store. My review is for the customer service rep for corporate. I was on hold for 43 minutes before i talk to someone. After i got what they call a T-Mobile expert nothing was done the way i wanted, Justin tried do what i wanted to him to do but can't resolve my issues. He put me on hold for 23 minutes and did not came back instead Mandy picked up and start verifying who i am which is so stupid that i have to verify again. Then try to resolve my issue and could not help me. So I told her just to restore the phone back to way it was. I was a T-Mobile customer since 2001 then switch to at&t for 8 years then went back to T-Mobile to try service again and they still suck with customer service. I will switch back to At&t again very very soon. read more

Horrible customer service, especially Dan. He harrasses you to purchase phone protection and accessories along with your phone. If you don't, he will give you a bad attitude! Save yourself a trip, and go to other tmobile stores. read more

I had the worst customer experience in my life from one of the employee -Dan. My wife and I went to the store to buy S8 Plus phone. He constantly pressured us to purchase JUMP, the phone insurance, and even the phone case. When we told him we only wanted to purchase the phone, he started to give us bad attitude and was appalled that we wouldn't purchase those!! He then threw down his phone in disgust to prove how strong the phone case is. But he did this in a disrespectful and rude manner. Do not go to this store, especially to Dan!
