Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Not a corporate store and it shows in employees attitudes, actions and words.

I dealt with two managers and a couple of the employees at this store. They are not very knowledgeable and are not helpful. Gave a false promise of a free phone then tried to charge me. They also put a screen saver on for $50 that pealed off in two weeks and they refused to replace it. After my experience with this store and then the 800 number which had overseas employees I changed to Spectrum and am saving $35 a month. The Spectrum store in Titusville was a lot more helpful and the 800 number employs Americans. Goodbye. read more

First time going into a TMOBILE store. I do not recommend this site on Clearlake rd. Very unprofessional staff. Very rude, inconsiderate and low knowledge. I had to go to another store (Merritt island) and had a much better experience. I had to call corporate to report unhappy experiences. Staff refused to give name or business card. read more

This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had I brought my phone in to get some help on an issue and the person helping me which I believe her name is Shay deleted all my photos I tried to get some help from the manager Carrie and she was always gone I have yet to have her help me on this issue when I called back to speak to someone she told me it was my fault and that they're not gonna help any customers anymore with these issues because of me I don't know what to do I've lost my photos and pictures of my family that I'll never get back and They don't even care! read more

My Husband who has health issues came to the store asking for Apple Watch that would monitor his pulse, blood pressure and if something happens he would be able to call 911. Two month later my husband started feeling dizzy and was not able to call 911. He passed out and was unconcious for over two hours. after being released from the hospital he went straight to the store. The manager talked to the sales person, who confirmed the request my husband made prior to purchase. They sold him the watch that doesnt have these features. They refused taking it back, made us pay for it monthly and sold him another watch with the features he originally requested. These people have no decency!!! Stay away from that store, especially if you are not savvy in electronics. They will trick you into buying a wrong thing. read more
