I want to take the time to express my appreciation to All of the Employees who were working during my first encounter with Moncrief Bail Bonds. This took place over three (3) years ago, DEC 21st or 22nd of 2018. I had been arrested for DUI in Titusville, FL at 1:32 AM on DEC 20, 2018. It took over three (3) years to finally get a judgment in my case, because of the incompetence and "total lack of concern" for my case by the first lawyer that I hired to represent me. That experience would be the complete 'opposite' of what I am writing about now! When I was released from the Brevard County 'Lock-up', I had to walk to Moncrief Bail Bonds, because my entire wallet with Driver's License, Credit Cards, and Cash, along with my car keys were impounded at the time of my arrest. The Ladies who were working at Moncrief on the day I walked in, were All Extremely Courteous, Helpful, and Above All Else - RESPECTFUL!!!! I feel bad that I can't remember their names so I can Thank Them personally in this write-up?!?! The Lady who walked me through the process and provided all the necessary paperwork and instructions was Extremely Knowledgeable, Efficient, RESPECTFUL, and Professional!!!!! And I believe She was the Lady who paid for my Uber ride back to my condo in Titusville!!! The Young Lady who helped me today over the phone, Merari (Hope I 'spelled' that correctly!?!), provided the Same Extremely Courteous, Helpful, and Above All Else - RESPECTFUL Attitude, while she helped with my request. Merari was Extremely Knowledgeable, Efficient, RESPECTFUL, and Professional in resolving my request for a refund of the Bail Bond collateral!!!!! The Ladies at the Moncrief Bail Bonds Helped to 'brighten-up' an otherwise Extremely 'crappy' situation way back in DEC 2018. DEC 20, 2018 was one of the 'worst' days of my life - DEC 21 or 22, 2018 (I'm an 'Old Guy' so I can't remember exactly which day I was 'freed', 71 years old, suffering from "CRS" - "Can't Remember *Stuff" - clean version of "CR*S#!t"!!), was one of the "BEST Days of my Life" - THANKS to the Ladies at Moncrief!!!!! I have used Moncrief Bail Bonds more than once. Both occasions were very impressive. The first time, I didn't have to put much money down due to the fact that my bond was relatively low and I was able to make payments once I got out which was extremely helpful (especially during a financially difficult time in my life) and I did pay it off. My second time, my bond was pretty significant and I didn't think I'd be able to get out being that I don't have many people who I can contact. Because I have remained in good standing with paying off my first bond, and going to court, they were willing to help me get out the second time which I am forever grateful for. Both times, I was released in a timely manner. The staff is helpful and polite. Bruce is a good man who's willing to help those who want to help themselves and simply follow through with what they say they will do like make their payments, and go to court. The staff here is extremely rude and inconsiderate. When I asked to speak to the manager Krystie Melchione for better assistance, she hung up on me and gave me a very nasty attitude as well. She even sent me an email and was rude in the email too. I regret giving this place my money!! If you can use another bail bonds company please do so because all they care about is money here and can care less about you as a person. I have never had to bond anyone out before and they made the process so easy for me. They explained every thing in full detail and walked me through the process. They informed that the process to get my loved one released would take several hours. After they released my loved one we had to go into the office for him to sign his paper and set up his payment plan.
