DONT SIGN UP WITH T-MOBILE! The worse of the worse. They advertise " 15-day Test Drive Cancel within 15 days of Home Internet service activation. Limited-time offer; subject to change. Qualifying new Home Internet line and timely gateway return required. Refund via one-time bill credit. Max 1/account. May not be combinable with some offers or discounts." which I decided to try- and it did not work. I only had for 2-3 days, I called their tech/customer service department who verified that it would not work and advised that I indeed cancel and send back the equipment. And so, I did that. I returned their equipment right away (well within their 15 days) and received a confirmation of the equipment being received and signed for by their employee at the receiving dock. Fast forward, I received a letter in the mail stating that I have a $50.00 balance on my account and that they would send it to collections if they did not receive payment. I was never supposed to receive a bill in the first place. I called customer service and was advised that I needed to verify a 6-digit passcode- which I don't even remember setting one up in the first place. I do not recall this code and even gave them what I thought it was- all of which was told it was incorrect. They told me I then needed to go into the store and give them my ID to verify the account. I took time, energy and gas to go to the store and do just that. The store employee told me that all they can do is simply check the ID, make a memo on the account but then I would just have to call customer service back because they couldn't do anything further than that. I asked for them to call customer service and they would not do it but said I shouldn't have an issue now that my ID was verified. So I left and called customer service back- STILL could not get the issue resolved. The customer service department told me to go back to the store because they need the clerk's initials. So I keep getting the runaround on something that is not even my fault and I can't get this issue resolved. read more

Stopped into the Anderson location while on the hunt for a particular item. We made sure to get there at opening. We did, and we were the only customers in the store. One associate went into the back to see if he could find the item. The other associate stayed and chatted with us in the front of the store. Both associates were friendly. Store looked clean and orderly. They ended up being out of the item I was looking for. The associates suggested calling the Eastgate location. Unfortunately, they were out of the item as well. My interaction was brief, but positive enough that I will try this location again when need arises. read more

I am unsure of how to rate this location. Last year they were awesome. This year, not so much. My husband went in to buy a case for his phone today. The first time he wasnt waited on or greeted, so he walked out after waiting around awhile. We returned a short time later and he wasnt greeted again by either of the two employees. There was one customer buying an SD card and my husband.... so one would think that an employee would wait on the woman buying an SD card and one would wait on my husband. Nope. They both waited on the woman while my husand waited around aimlessly. Eventually, he left again. We will certainly take our business elsewhere from now on. read more
