So this comes down to a lesser of evils situation. I have been to various Verizon locations around greater Cincy in my time living here. This is the first time I was upgrading since moving to the east side, so I came to this store. It is a quite large and modern location compared to all others ive visited. They have a bigger selection of devices out on display, as well as accessories. I had a decent experience at the store, but my frustration comes later, when I looked at the account online and they had messed some things up. This resulting in me having to call Verizon's 1800 number and was then told that several things were done incorrectly by the store to boost their commission. Really for my money, if I can I either call customer service, or upgrade at Best Buy. If you have to go to a corporate location, this is still the best choice. read more

Really crappy customer service, in store pickup, basically give you the phones to activate yourself and send you on your way. It would have been ok, transferred the data from the Mac, but the fools didn't activate the SIM cards in either of the 2 phones, so I had to call Verizon and do that. read more

This location has always been a very customer centric location. Employees are very friendly and helpful even if you come in with a question. They redid the store and it looks great. Just went there tonight to upgrade my son's iphone. Excellent service! read more

This is not the stores fault but can't just give the general service a review. Was with them for about 20+ years & just left for ATT. As soon as I walked out of ATT store my online service to view my bill I was cut off. So they must have called me AT LEAST 50 times in 2 weeks to collect my final bill. You could Never talk to anyone as when I picked up the phone there was never anyone there. I called the number & asked for a written bill, finally got after I mailed an estimated payment, then I got a final bill 3 days ago, mailed it 2 days ago & now they're calling sin over $40+. Of course I picked up the call "No one there". Stay way...way away from Verizon! read more

Not even deserving of one star. They are VERY accommodating to make the sale but after that they couldn't care less. Apparently customer service didn't come with the building upgrade. -- Went to return a phone sent to me via mail and they are going to charge me a restocking fee for a phone I never used or activated that was still in the box and plastic wrap. I've been to this place 10+ times over the last few years and not once have I left that store a satisfied customer. Not once. you have been warned. Take your business to another Verizon store (one down the road about a half mile) or go to eastgate mall. save yourself the trouble. read more

Customer service is really lacking. The manager was nice but our salesman was just awful, treating us as though we were stupid. No real information on the new iphones except for telling us there were different colors and storage options. Very pushy on peripherals as well. It's the closest store to our house but we will probably go somewhere else in the future. read more

Lied to my face to get the sale. If you like being lied to and deceived then this is the place for you. Quoted $104/month for our plan. They said the first two bills would be much higher but then the bill would stay at $104. The 3rd month bill was $104 as advertised. But the fourth month bill went up $30. Now Verizon is saying I was told incorrectly and this higher balance is my actual rate. Verizon says the previous $104 bill was only due to a one time credit issued during my phone purchase. Wish I could have given negative stars. Over 2.5 hrs for a simple iPhone upgrade. The associates admitted they didn't know much about iPhones or how to get into settings to disable old phone. Even worse, they turned my old iPhone to "lost/stolen" mode and then accused me of being a thief!! Pretty hard to steal an iPhone when I've been standing at your counter for 2 hours! If I'm spending $1k on a new phone, I'd at least like for the salespeople to know how to activate it. Doesn't seem like too much to ask. 0/10 will never return or recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointed experience for me. I took my android in due to camera not working and was hoping to get it fixed. It is a very common problem for that phone. Instead I opted for a newer pixel phone and purchased a hum device as well. I was told that I needed to activate my new phone at home due to the fact that it takes too long to do it in the store. I finally had to call Verizon to get my new phone activated after multiple tries. As for the Hum device I was NEVER able to get it activated after so many tries over a four day period and so many calls to Hum service departments. I took it back and was charged a restocking fee on a device that NEVER worked. They did not even give me a receipt for the return. I no longer trust this location. Hoping to have better service elsewhere. I am surprised that management has not inquired at any of the poor reviews on this location. That alone should tell you what to expect from a service standpoint of this store. read more

Normally I hate going to Verizon, its usually such a hassle and takes forever to do even the simplest thing there and I usually end up leaving there frustrated.This was not my experience last night! I Had to go and replace my sons phone, I was helped by Tim Howell and he made our experience great. Not only did I end up replacing my my sons phone but ended up replacing mine as well. He was so helpful and took extra time to find discounts we didn't know about help us set up our phones and explain everything. We did not feel rushed or like he was just trying to get us to purchase The most expensive items either. By far the most positive and pleasant experience I have ever had at Verizon thanks to him. read more

First time coming to this store, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service! I came in with my girlfriend to upgrade phones and David helped us to the best of his abilities and answered every question we had! He laid out our entire payment plan going forward, got us the phones we wanted, and even gave us bottles of water while we waited! Unfortunately, I had to take my new phone back the next day to exchange it for a different one. But the manager Hafiz was extremely helpful and very nice! He got me my replacement phone and everything set up on it and I still had time to get lunch before going back to the office! Highly recommend going to this Verizon store, they are much better than the second tier retailers that just try to move product! read more

This store is an overall nice store. The management is the problem. I ordered an I phone x and a package of accessories, which I did not order, show up two days later. I immediately take the box with the shipping label to the store. As far as I thought, everything was good. Then customer service set me up with a loaner because my I phone didn't come yet. Went in to return it after I got my I phone x. Jordan, the store manager, informed me that he no longer wanted my business Because I return thing! What the hell. I've bought two I pads, multiple I phones, two gizmo pals, canary security, amongst numerous phone accessories. As long as it's in the 14 day return policy, I'll return what I didn't order. Some of the guys here are helpful, but telling a customer you don't want their business because they returned something they never wanted, is straight disrespectful. It's poor customer service. I would give it a zero if I could! I was there in September to purchase a phone for my son. The phone he had was burned in a bus fire. The person that was "helping me" said my credit card was denied! I knew it was good so he ran it again. He said it's declined! I call my bank and had them on speaker and they said nothing is wrong on our end he's running the card incorrectly. He said look lady I know how to run a credit card! I gave him another just so I could get what I wanted and get out! After 3 credit cards and two credit card machines he said they were all bad! I went to my car and called my bank and they said he was running the cards incorrectly and they can see that on there end! I went back in and ask for someone else to help me and wow the card went straight through! I've been there two times after that and I had more of the same unbelievable horrible service! This place needs closed! I've been with Verizon for 17 years and I'm about done! When my contract is over so is my business with Verizon! What a shame... they tell you one thing and then you find out later it's all lies! read more
