I am a disabled Iraq vet and can get confused/disoriented very easily sometimes, and one of your employees named Joshua immediately noticed I needed help. After seeing my ARMY hat, he did not hesitate to show me his appreciation. Joshua, along with his coworker named Kina I believe (a friendly young lady), went out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible. I admitted to them that I was not too computer savvy, and they responded by explaining everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. If that wasn't good enough, Joshua did not hesitate to let me know about T Mobile's military discount!!! He went out of his way to show me how much he and T Mobile appreciated my service by showing me the multitude of offers available to me. And his coworker Kina went out of her way and not only set up my new phone, but uploaded all my old info, and attached all the accessories for me!!! I walked into T Mobile very nervous because of my lack of technical skills, as well as my experience in Iraq, and they went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. I just wanted to let you guys at T Mobile know that you are doing a great job and have great employees. Despite what I went through in Iraq, they made me feel at ease and helped me in every way possible. I've been a loyal T Mobile customer for 7 years, and will continue to be for another 7 because of people like Joshua and Kina (I apologize if I misspelled her name!!!) I brought my phone in that evening, and the gentleman who helped me could not have been nicer. He was thorough, efficient, helpful, and friendly. My phone was entirely fixed, and it only cost me $49. I couldn't believe it. It was HALF the cost of what other places were quoting me, and the phone looks brand new! I hope I don't drop my phone again, but if I did, I would know right where to go.

Apple quoted over $350 and required me to go to a local store, schedule an appointment, and wait for the repair. I could not interface with anyone at Apple, but had to click through multiple links. Meanwhile, I called New Era, and they messaged me back immediately, saying they would look into my request. They offered me a time that worked for MY schedule (within their working hours) and quoted $100 less than Apple. In addition, they offer pickup and drop-off! The owner messaged me himself and came to pick up my phone so I could keep my work-from-home meeting. Within an hour, I was at the store picking up my phone. Case repaired and no hidden fees, just the agreed-upon price! I would definitely use New Era again, but hopefully not too soon....
