He quoted a price immediately and it outbid every other business so I hired them. This was a legal EVICTION of a WAREHOUSE with OFFICES, a KITCHEN & 1.5 BATHROOMS. It involved a Judge with court appearances & a Jefferson Parish Constable who was onsite for the entire eviction. Junkluggers showed up on time with 3 huge dump trucks (5 in total) & several very strong men to move extremely heavy and bulky items. They were able to do the job in half of the time that I anticipated. Another plus about Junkluggers was that they carefully separated what was junk/trash from the nice items that the evicted tenants left behind that could be donated or recycled. Junkluggers went above and beyond what we anticipated and did additional work that they did not charge us for. We were very impressed and couldn't be more pleased with the price quoted. We will never use another company again.

I bought my phone there, and I thought they were giving me a good deal and helping me. The whole time they were scamming. My month was up yesterday, and I had attempted to pay online several days ago. They couldn't find my account by my email and asked for my pin (which I had not been asked to make in the first place). I called Customer Service yesterday, and spoke to someone whose second language is English and who went back and forth because she kept telling me a larger amount to pay. I spent over an hour on the phone with her and realized she was not going to help me. I waited for her to hang up so I could complete the survey at the end of the call, and she refused to hang up!!! After 20 minutes of keeping her line open, she somehow managed to disconnect the call without the survey. I tried the chat and after going back and forth with the chat bot, finally was able to chat with a person. They told me that there were 4 (FOUR!!!) other phone numbers on my account. I explained it is just me, and she said the system could not generate the proper amount for me to pay. She turned it over to another department who did actually call me back. They took off the other lines and I gave them my card number to pay the $40 and she said it went through. I thought I had gotten a confirmation because I received a text from them right away. I was so upset, I didn't read it...just thought "finally". My phone was turned off this morning!!! Now I am going through the whole process again! :( I called the number the last people called me from and cannot speak to a person. I cannot even find a place online to file a complaint. I am still looking and will not stop until I can tell as many people as possible that this store is dishonest and will take your money with a smile while stabbing you in the back and your bank account. I still cannot use my phone. UPDATE: It still took over an hour, but my phone is now working. Apparently they no longer have the $40 plan. And because my phone had been off due to non-payment, I had to choose another plan! The options were $50 for unlimited or $35 for limited data. Seriously?!?

It's rare indeed that a customer service agent at a utility company appears to be on your side, but that is always the feeling I have here. I recently had a number of issues with my account, and the kind workers I spoke with gave me sound advice and did all that they could to work through the kinks. Now, the service through AT&T itself has been spotty lately, I won't lie. I've had to reset the router more than once. But when it comes to customer service, they are top... and worlds better than Cox. Wifi is quick too, even if it cuts out a lot. Thanks for hiring good people, AT&T.

We had my husband's grandma's visitation and service here last week. I wasn't sure about this place…read moreat first. Driving up it seemed like it wasn't gonna be great. But once inside it was actually very nice. Very clean with friendly staff. We were the only service going on at the time. Outside the room they have a big board that displays the name and picture. There was a tv in the room that we were able to display pictures on. After the visitation, we went to the little chapel for mass. Overall it was a good experience for a funeral.
