If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute worst experience! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Wont even go into details about it all because I've already spent too much time dealing with it but long story short the manager, Michel, is completely inept, as is the rest of the employees here. After hours of dealing with the mess they made, I finally had to call corporate to file a complaint and they were able to do that and remedy the issue. Edit: went over to the store on crystal falls and they were tons friendlier!! They told me this store is a franchise. The situation I encountered last night at this location was nothing less than crazy and horrifying. It's such a long story and I've already reached out to their corporate to help me straighten things out, so I don't want to go into it all here, but I'll just say this... Ricky the employee who was there, has no business being in customer service. Either because of incompetence or because he can't listen/doesn't care. Either way, a situation became increasingly frustrating and ended with us being told we were "hostile" and trespassing and being refused service. I felt so helpless because the ONLY employee there escalated everything, refused to listen, refused to help us, refused to call a manager, and even refused to tell me when a manager would be there the next day. Every other interaction I have had there and with their call center has been nothing but positive (Thank you Noah and Cierra!), but this was madness. We left there with no cell service for a phone that is a necessity for my husband who works in the field all day long on various construction sites. I'm at such a loss for words, my husband said it was just bizarre. I never want to step foot in there again, if he is there. My husband refuses to spend any more money there. What are you supposed to do when the company has all the power (it would be such an ordeal to switch back and you can't get a trade in back), the employee refuses to help you, and now you're just stuck? Experience was so unbelievably bad, it resulted in me calling their corporate office to tell them what happened. It was going good (2/10/21) until the next day (2/11/21) when I had to pick up my phone. I hope the manager reviews the cameras to see that we got there at 7:15ish (when they close at 8pm) and the two boys (one of who helped us yesterday, Sales rep# ****456 Aaron or Adrian was his name) obviously pretended not to notice us while we were standing outside in the cold. He was hiding behind the computer the entire time and the other boy was on the sales floor acting like he was fixing the phones. (Yeah, we must be stupid) Then the boy finally got fed up of us waiting outside and gestured at us to leave mouthing that they're closed and then they were laughing like it was funny. And what's upsetting is, the least they could of done was come up to the door and be straight up saying they just wanted to close the store early and to come back tomorrow. That's it! We didn't deserve to be treated like fools. We're about the same age as those boys, we would want to close the store and go home early too! But to disrespect us like that? We didn't even do anything to deserve that, we just wanted to pick up my phone and leave. I regret coming here and it would be embarrassing for anyone to give this store service. This store is even worse than I imagined. One of the reps gave me completely false information in-person and upgraded me to a plan at a much higher cost than was agreed. After the next cycle/new bill came out, I immediately noticed and called T-mobile, who called the store. The manager said that none of her reps "remembers giving me false information." I mean, do you really think they would admit to it? She was unhelpful/useless and sounded like a robot. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. They're fraudsters and will say anything to get your business and then claim it wasn't them. read more

TMobile has a great group of people who act like they care but in the end they rarely solve issues. In my opinion they have gotten much worse since joining with Sprint. Their promotions are complicated, and going into my 4th month my bill is still wrong. I am being charged for a phone I did not order and have not gotten appropriate credits for my returns. Their associates confirm I have followed all the rules and done everything correct. They are kind as they say please be patient and your bill next month will reflect all the changes. I suppose we'll see. read more
