So I was in the T-Mobile next to the crumble in Cedar City and the employee that helped me his name is Blake, he is a great, great person. He was so kind and sweet and helpful and talking to me to where I understood everything and I wasn't like lost or I didn't understand. Like truly is the best. They had no interest in helping me and I wanted to buy a phone. Told to go buy online. If you want to know why their service is so bad, know this. I was told they cannot access our accounts and they are a franchise not an actual TMobile seller. Also, they said TMobile is selling its locations and they are becoming franchises. read more

Everything! Terrible service. Awful rude workers. I have never made review on a place but this enraged me so bad to the point I want to write a letter. Went in to ask a question and they immediately shot my question down and said "we can't take that". I understand the answer but maybe word the response better and with a nicer tone. Proceeded to go to the St. george store off of river road. Amazing service and gave the complete opposite response and said we can totally take that phone. Do NOT go to the cedar city location complete waste of time and will have you completely angered and rage baited. Went in and the guy up front asked how he could help us. when we told him our situation which was asking him of they do trade in's and how much it would be, he took one dirty look at me and my phone and said that the would not accept my phone in the condition. no crack on my phone body. just a chip on the camera lens shield. he was VERY rude about it and the rest of the visit there with short responses and dirty looks. i'm not sure if it's because it was me and my friend , both young girls or what but i have never been so disrespected and disappointed by a store. unfortunately we had to make they way to st. george, who told me that they would 100% do a trade in with my phone. that because the front of the screen wasn't damaged nor the body of the phone, it was in great trade in condition. that they do trade in's by the plan you have. not AT ALL what the cedar store said. would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. when we went to the st. george location we explained what had happened in cedar and they told us we were not the first people to come in with this experience. very unfortunate, very disappointing. read more

Manager or head guy is creepy and very rude. My wife and I went in twice to get an upgraded phone for her, worst customer service I've ever experienced. The second time we went in decided to pull the trigger on a phone, they wound up ordering the phone using the app on my phone. They required we have it shipped to the PO rather than their store, they ordered the wrong phone then demanded a restocking fee of $75! We had to call t-mobile help line and get a shipping label to return it without a fee, dude on the phone was very surprised by our experience in the store. T-mobile service has been good but this store is horrible, drive to St. George if you need in store help. read more

The worst experience i've ever had in a phone store no doubt. DO NOT COME HERE. you will get hustled and PLAYED. I recently visited this store with my fiance to upgrade my old phone. When I was trying to decide on the phone I was asking for suggestions/general informations on the new iphones. The worker was completely unhelpful in this area saying "I mean it's an iphone" when comparing the models. There was a man in the store at the same time actually yelling about how his money was being stolen from him and that they lied to him about promotions etc.. red flag! Disappointed in the lack of knowledge on products. I decided on my own and then we got hustled BIG time. Now I understood the angry man from earlier. We had a bunch of "promotions on us" shoved down our throat when I just wanted the upgrade and nothing was explained whatsoever. even when we asked questions. (either they don't know much or it's on purpose to keep you in the gray areas). we had a wifi trial, apple watch, and phone case/screen protector brought out without asking. we witnessed this happen to two other customers in store this night and i'm sure they got in to the same mess (explained below) if they haven't realized it yet. we tried the wifi- terrible as gamers. lag makes it unusable, but may be sufficient for basic needs. we returned the wifi already to a different location. the apple watch was said to be entirely free, just on us, with the phone upgrade... we assumed the phone case and protector were free as we didn't request them nor did he tell us a price. so all these "free things" came out to a total above $200 at the end and the worker said that it was just taxes and fees.. nope! we said no way - found out he was charging us $96 for the case/protector we did NOT ask for. we said to take them off and the worker responds "oh I can I guess I would just have to completely redo the transaction "... dragging it out and waiting for us to say oh it's ok we will take it all. but we didn't so we waited about 20 minutes for him to redo everything. so insanely shady. no helpful information - just sales pushing/hiding/mislabeling charges to customer. when we got home we saw that our "free" apple watch now had two extra lines attached to it and a "digits" plan we would have to pay for that was never mentioned. (later found out this promotion also only works with a higher tier plan so had to fix that) we were so frustrated we drove all the way to st. george to go to a different store and have all this resolved. the st. george employee was blown away by the mess we had gotten in to. he had to call upper care to help assist in removing the wrong apple watch lines, wrong wifi charge, and fix the plan information for my new phone. literally nothing was done right in cedar. we will continue to drive to st. george for in person help or do it ourselves online next time. this was an absolute joke. I wish I remembered the employees names to list here. long story short - take your business elsewhere or be prepared to get hustled. read more

Drove here from another town to find the door locked and then they locked it behind us. Not one of three people working there even acknowledged us being there. We walk around for a full 5 minutes and not one person even looked our way. They know nothing of customer service. I will drive an extra 50 miles to another store. I have never had such a frustrating experience at a T-Mobile store. My wife and I are new customers, switching over from Verizon due to the high costs. We didn't sign up for our T-Mobile plans through the store but rather online, and we first visited the Cedar City location about two weeks ago (February 17, 2025) for pricing and information. From the start, the sales rep was rude and arrogant, badmouthing Verizon when all we wanted was straightforward pricing. I explained that we live in a dead zone and need reliable service, and that Verizon had provided us with a cell signal booster. The rep laughed at me and claimed that I wouldn't have that problem with T-Mobile, saying their coverage was great. I explained that, hypothetically, if I still needed a booster because I work from home and require a reliable signal, I would need to know if T-Mobile could help. He laughed again, dismissively, and insisted I wouldn't have the same issues. I left immediately and ended up purchasing the plans on T-Mobile's website. Now, two weeks later (March 3, 2025), I have only one bar at my house. I called customer service, and they said they couldn't verify my account and that I needed to go to a store to show my ID, reset my PIN, and they could then send me a signal booster. So, my wife and I returned to the same store today (March 3, 2025). We were greeted by a rep named Dylan, who immediately asked if we had already started using our accounts. We confirmed that we had been using them for two weeks. He then said, "Dang! I could have deleted that account, started a new one, and I could have gotten paid for it." I wasn't sure if he was joking, but I immediately lost trust in him. We moved to a desk, and he continued talking about how he wasn't getting paid for helping us. I spoke up and said, "Respectfully, I'm not concerned about whether or not you're getting paid. That's between you and your boss." He then replied that most reps won't help customers unless they're getting paid for it. At this point, I was done. I raised my voice and told him, "Really? In the first 15 seconds, you've told me three times that you're not getting paid to help us. That's not my responsibility as a customer!" He quickly stopped talking about his pay and helped us reset our PIN, but then said, "Sorry if I came across rude earlier, I just didn't want you to get taken advantage of." What? Taken advantage of? Why would I be taken advantage of, and how does that even relate to your comment about not getting paid to help us? We left without receiving a signal booster and were told we'd need to go to the Hurricane, UT location, which is their corporate store. Honestly, Dylan needs serious training in professionalism and customer service. I don't know how someone like him is still working there. T-Mobile, I expected much better. They tend to be understaffed. This seems to be because demand is much higher than is usual for a store that size. They are friendly and make an effort to get to everyone as fast as possible without brushing anyone off and that's highly commendable. I switched to T-Mobile because my previous (unnamed) carrier kept double billing me and then claiming that they were just changing the billing cycle. They also refused to drop an unused line for over a year, despite telling on five different occasions that they had. When I left they tried to bill me for the following months on all six lines saying that (again) the billing cycle had changed. Why mention that in a review for another company? Because I feel like it is important for people that are reading this review to know that my bar is set very, very, low. I have never had the billing cycle changed on me in the almost two years since I switched. I had one disagreement with the store on a billing issue that we easily resolved (although not in my favor) like civilized people. I've come into the store at least five times during that period for help with issues that do not earn their salespeople commissions (if T-Mobile does that, I've never asked) and they have been just as eager to have me there as they were when I walked in and told them I was switching over six lines. There is a little room for improvement. The most I've seen working there at a time was four people and there was a fifteen minute wait. The problem with adding more people is the store isn't that big. It was pretty crowded that time. read more

BETTER THAN THE REST ---- The only review posted for this business is so old - I feel there needs to be a more current customer posted. I tried to post this in February but it apparently was not made public :-( I have been a T Mobile customer for over fifteen years. I moved to Cedar City almost two years ago and have had to go into store several times. Several times I was making purchases but a couple of times I needed a managers help resolving an issue that was related to corporate policy/procedure. The managers of the Cedar City store went the extra mile calling corporate office and helping me. I would definitely refer friends and family to have TMobile as their carriers. If you have a problem and want to accelerate the help process in the store - ask for a manager. The other big carriers ATT and Verizon have large presence in this area and their local sales staff are nice but their corporation's customer service and cultures are terrible. All carriers have issues but in my opinion TMobile is better than the rest! read more

Every single time I have been in the T-Mobile reseller I have been lied to. Later, I discover I have been charged for thing I have never heard. They have helped my exactly zero times when I have been in. They smile and say things the seem sincere. Truly, I believe they have no idea what it is they are doing. They don't understand the polices of the corporation they are licensed under. I have never seen them successfully resolve the issue of a customer who walked through their door, myself or anyone else, in the hours I have spent waiting around in this store. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. It takes repeatedly taken weeks to clean up the mess created when I have visited this store and I have spent a lot of time in this store waiting for the people to decide they cant help me. read more
