Most of the Sprint stores has been closed due to COVID and others were transitioning to T-Mobile. We went to the store to get help with the activation of my new phone. The store was clean, organized and brightly lit. Liked the pink vibe throughout the store. We just walked in and one of the employees helped us immediately. The representative was very helpful and conversational. He helped me with the set up and also in switching the network. It was quick and had us on our way in no time. Just purchased a phone from this T-mobil store on Ford Rd. and Haggerdy. Paid cash, in full . Sale rep DID NOT TELL ME that this Samsung S23 FE is only compatible with T-Mobil . So, if I choose a different phone carrier I will not be able to use this phone . It's program for t mobil ONLY. 600.00 dollars later, I found this out when I came across a company whom had more to offer and I tried to switch . I am not under contract with T-mobil . What deceit . Concealing the truth for his own personal gain, commission. I called T-Mobil and they were just as full of it as the sales rep at this store... Buyer Beware... Make sure of what your buying before you purchase from this store. They're slick on the tongue and not transparent about their products. read more

I went to this location to get 2 new phones and a tablet as a new customer. The health and safety measurements are great. Sanitizer available and distancing is in effect that is why the 2 stars. There was a woman who came in after us without a mask but she put one on after sitting down. Now for the bad news. There were 3 workers when we arrived and they were all helping someone which wasn't the problem. We were greeted immediately and someone took our name and put it in his tablet. We were directed to where the phones we interested in and shown a table to wait. After about 5 minutes one of the customers left and the man that took our name started putting things up and getting stuff from the back to help out his coworkers- which was fine northe problem. The problem came when after 5 more minutes the man that took our name started helping the woman that came in after us without saying anything to us at all. Not she only needs something quick do you mind if I help her 1st, nothing. So we left. No one said anything as we were leaving either. Not good customer service at all. We went to a different tmobile down the street and got our new olan and 2 new phones and a new tablet. A little courtesy goes a long way! read more

Get some coffee for this is a long review! Visited the T-Mobile on Canton (Ford Rd.) earlier today (Sat. Jan. 9). I took my brother (James) there to upgrade his phone to an iPhone. We were greeted by both staff members and quickly began the process. Lora #ExceptionalLora, serviced us. I had a special advertisement which required a little more time to handle; however, Lora was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and personable as she transferred content from my brother's Android to the new iPhone. She taught my brother, who is 70, about the iPhone usage, she setup his email, Apple ID, etc. We received EXEMPLARY service today. I recommend this store and mostly, Lora. She truly gave us outstanding service. We shared our experience with her manager too. Thank you Lora sooooo much for a great experience today. read more

Great location and better people! I went in today to add a line to my plan for my aunt who wanted to move away from her Verizon plan. Erik helped us out and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Erik was super nice, professional, and helpful and Mike jumped in to put a screen protector on! Both guys were awesome! Seriously, I've been to other wireless stores in my day (*cough* Verizon on Ford Road) where the service was awful. Refreshing to see a store this well run. My husband bought a $100 prepaid phone there. From the first week this phone has worked sporadically . It doesn't receive or make calls properly, and shuts itself off. For 3 months my husband has gone in repeatedly with the phone. They have taken the battery in and out, taken the SIM card in and out. He is in his seventies and I am disabled. It is critical that he has a working phone. I finally went in today to talk to the manager. I was told they couldn't give us a new phone. Unbelievably terrible service read more
