Where did my other $20 go Quentin? And why did you charge me to activate a phone line that was already active? Note they don't handle mobile phone service billing but can do orders. No opposite this is the experience any time I am forced to call their toll free help center. The folks there are lucky to fix your issue at all. Honestly this depends on the person you get, but I would give a 50/50 solution rate. And at that only after a long menu of automated prompts that don't fit your issue. So you may have to call back to speak to somebody knowledgeable from the start again. So...go to the brick and mortar stores if you are lucky to have one in your area.
