In other circumstances this may have been OK, however, our building is very particular about phone service. When the phone line is cut, it disables a safety feature that is vitally important for our residents safety. I requested Tony on Monday AM and literally before noon he arrived to save the day. Tony was able to get everything up and running and was also able to knock out a few other services like installing the residents fax line, hooking up their printer, and computer.
