OMG first I called the store to talk to someone before I drove there. And no one answers I'm thinking it's fine, they're probably busy. When I get to the store 5min after calling I see about 10 employees sitting and conversing I'm like huh? They don't look busy at all. So I walk in the store wi the a positive attitude and Kareem I think was his name he was nice but was not helpful. He could not give me other alternatives to my problem. I would say he just did not want to work like the rest of the people in the store. Such a shame because it's a good location with parking. Went in here last week. Staff is very unprofessional. Manager in there talking about taking a paternity test to see his child and no one helping customers.The tomboyish female was extremely rude and refused to help when I asked for assistance on how to switch a simcard in my phone. Short and sweet, went here on 7/15 to pay the bill and get a phone for my mom, after the worker tried her best to upsell us and get protection on the phone she realized we didn't need because my mother isn't going to need nothing expensive and had her old phone for years. Then her mood immediately changed and she got all stank and gave us a bad attitude..we just paid $220 for a phone and $120 for our bill..that's almost$400 and we still get a attitude? Bawoo and Arlene. Horrible service, support and representation of the brand. Went to pay my bill and inquire about hotspot. They were able to take my payment, however after showing 2 credit cards, NY state ID from DMV that was provided when out of state license was turned in along with a picture of another ID I had and the willingness to log in to account for verification. They were still una me to assist. As I left and thank them, they looked at me dry and with no care in the world. THE WORST STORE!!! I went To the store to get some information and do an upgrade. It was so disheartening to see how I was Treated idk if it's because I wasnt Speaking Spanish to them but this one sales rep that refused to give me her name which at the time I was Just asking because the insurance company asked. Sales associates were on hand to help me with my shopping needs and bill payment machine is available for those looking to pay their bill while in the area. This store, which was once a Hollywood Video location, opened in early 2010 and is located next door to the Red Lobster restaurant in the Bay Plaza Shopping Center in Co-op City.
