Horrible customer service, I walked in and there was already an elderly couple waiting to be asked what their name is to add to the list. I waited 15min and no one acknowledged me nor the elderly couple. One sales associate was working with a client very close by us and didn't even acknowledged us by greeting little the less asked for our names. After 20min of standing there I asked the sales associate Joey who was taking names down ? He stated he could take my name (our names down including the elderly couple) and he proceeded to work with the customer and did not take our names down. I walked out with no help and them ignoring the fact that we were still standing there and no names taken. They could at least greet you, take your name down, and give you the opportunity to sit down while you wait for so long to be taken care of! All the workers are extremely kind and the EXPERIENCED ones will explain everything to you. Some of the workers aren't knowledgable and there were at least three times the guy who was helping me had to double check with another worker to answer my simple questions. Granted that all my questions were answered, you want to be dealt by someone who is confident in what he/she tells you. Also the time it takes to order a phone is incredibly long. Unfortunately, he messed up my order too, so now I'm back here and I'm fourth on a waiting list. The customer service at this T-Mobile is amazing. Dominick was the guy who helped me tonight. He literally spent over an hour answering all my questions even after the store was closed. My phone was running slow so he helped me free up 10 gigs of data to get it up to speed. I was also shopping around for a new phone and he broke down all my options. I will definitely be upgrading to the note 9 once it's released. I've been with Tmobile for almost ten years and I will be coming here for all my purchases from now on. All the other employees seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well. Ask for this guy if you have any questions and he'll get em answered for you. 5 stars!!!!! read more

There are always enough sales people there (which is a good thing) but it seems when you actually try to purchase an item it takes forever. I went in to upgrade my phone and plan and it took about 1 hour and I was the only customer inside the store. Who knew buying a phone would take as long as buying a car. Overall staff wasn't that knowledgeable, but they were friendly. As long as you have time on your side and you do your own outside research on a phone or plan you should be safe. read more

We were "helped" by Rico and rather than do his job properly, kept making extremely rude comments and remarks when asking questions about their service and having our phones checked. I was in there to switch from at&t to t-mobile and i tell you what i loved the experience i had here. The associate ( i think his name is Syad or something like it) knew what he was talking about and he did a fantastic job explaining it to me the difference between the plans and phones. It did take some time to activate all the lines but he got it done, that's the only reason i will give it a 4 out 5 star. I recommend you go see him to get phones. read more

This T-Mobile location is the BEST. I have been hanging issues changing the name on the account for over 1 year. Then I talked to DeJon at this T-Mobile and BOOM. He knew what to do, we had to do a change of responsibility and he even changed us to the new plan saving us enough money to afford to buy two brand new Galaxy S4's. read more

I went in there today to purchase a phone. I wanted a 64 GB Samsung Galaxy S Edge. They did not have the phone available. I told the customer representative, Donny, I would just order it online because either way I'd have to pay shipping. He was very kind and said that if I ordered from the store, he would be able to credit my account for the shipping. This made me really happy because it upsets me that Tmobile offers free shipping for new customers but no deals on shipping for loyal customers which I have been for more than 10 years. He was very nice and made conversation. The whole process took only about 10 minutes and now I am anxiously awaiting my new phone! That's the way customer service should be done, Tmobile! read more

We had a very unfortunate experience with this store. The salesperson would not explain to us various features of the phones we were looking at. He then demanded to know why I wanted a particular phone. My son age 16 saw that salesperson walk away and laugh at us so he wanted to leave without buying a phone. Most teens can't wait for a new phone. We left and went to another store in Bolingbrook (TMobile) and they were threat!!! They also said the first store quoted a too high price read more

The agent called Itaz is very unprofessional. at first she was working on her phone for her own business for more than 10 minutes, did not say anything to me and just let me stand there. After she finished her phone, she started to work on my case, but she did not know the answer, so she called tmobile tech support (I guess, because she didn't say anyting), but the waiting time is more than 15 minutes, and the phone is not getting through, and she did not explain anything to me during the calling. So I have to switch to another tmobile store. basically i spent 30 minutes there for nothing. The agent is very very very unprofessional!!!! read more
