While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. We accepted verbal assurances about how the work would be completed, and then when they couldn't accomplish that, both people we spoke to about it had collective amnesia about that conversation. For that reason, they wouldn't consider adjusting our several thousand dollar bill to reflect the fact that we received no tangible benefit or successful outcome from the work they did. We wouldn't have even been seeking an adjustment if they hadn't billed us double the number of hours they actually worked. There are so many other providers out there, we recommend avoiding this one.

I was asked to go to an Apple Store to fix the error. But I bought the i phone from them. They refused to call their tech support and asked me to do it myself. When I got frustrated the manager rudely asked me to leave their store saying," it's a privilege for me to get their services." The way they all were looking at me as if I was "nothing." I called and made an official complaint. I don't think they like people of color so much!!! The guy who personally assisted me had big round ears piercing, long beard, white guy with black long hair for identity.
