Granddaughter's phone stopped working. I have been a T-Mobile customer from years. #1 reason is customer service. Went to this store & they were busy, but three people working. They got to us very quickly. Paul was outstanding, listening to her issues, quickly diagnosing the problem, helping us to get a replacement. He used my phone & the 360 degree protect app to get her a replacement. Something I could have done, but definitely not as fast as he did. came in to get a new phone. task accomplished. asked for nothing else added to account. task not accomplished. they threw on a protection plan with zero notice or authorization. had it removed a week later. still billed for it. do better t-mobile. read more

Upgraded to iPhone 15, traded in 2 older iphones and got a great deal on their advertised special. Aleyda was very efficient and helpful. Took home the internet gateway (modem/router) to try and it's fabulous in Placitas (west). I can finally dump Xfinty's horrible service and pay half of what they were charging. Have had T-mobile cell service for 2 years and it is fantastic. Great perks. Thanks to Eric and his team! read more

Stay away! I upgraded two of my phones and the customer service representative signed me up for 2 protection plans without my consent and acknowledgement. My bill went up $40+ dollars. I didn't know this until I received documents in the mail regarding the protection plans...SMH!!! read more

I have been a customer for 10 years. T-Mobile Customer service is absolutely awful. In July of this year I traded in an old phone for a new iPhone XR. Per the advertised deal, I was to get the iPhone XR for free via monthly billing credits. After 3 months of giving me the run around, and not applying any billing credits T-Mobile informed me that they are unable to honor their promotion. So since T-Mobile was unable to honor their promotion and I was going to have to pay full price for the new device anyway, I requested my old device back. T-Mobile stated that they were unable to locate my device essentially stealing my trade in device. Instead they offered me a $50 billing credit for my device. T-Mobile has lost a loyal customer. I'll be switching to Verizon. read more

Well what can I say. This store has some bad employees and has some good ones. I won't specify who but they are there. The store has improved last time when it comes to having things in stock but now I have to complain about is customer service. Ever since October some employees are just rude and have an attitude with myself and show and don't even attempt to hide it. They give off the vibe they don't want to help you but are forced too. Had an experience with the manager coping an attitude but it was my fault cause I didn't bring in the Receipt. He was kind enough to help me out in an exchange. But for me I didn't appreciate his attitude. He did apologize but it was uncalled for. Some employees argued with me at night saying you can't jump and I'm like I did it 3 weeks ago and how come I can't and yet I went to my favorite store and they helped me i was able to jump before the 30 days. So why argue and call your customers liars. I only go to this store cause it's in my hometown where I live and i don't have to go far into Albuquerque to do my business. I only go to this store if I absolutely have too. Not because I want too. But overall this store needs to Bush up on better policies and actually helping the customer and seeing what options there are than to tell the customer nope there is nothing I can do. Don't get me wrong this store is new and opened late 2017 but they opened on a strong note and I had no complaints what so ever but they just be en going down hill. read more
