They…read moredon't lowball you like GameStop and they are very active with their community and even host events for them which I LOVE in a business. The workers are very friendly and will gladly help you in anyway possible. They have very affordable pricing as well. If you are on a budget this is the place to go! One of the MANY times I have gone I purchased a used original PlayStation for only 50 dollars and the people were kind enough to give me a memory card with my purchase as well as all the necessary cords and a free game! Overall everything about this place is very nice and enjoyable to even enter considering the variety of items they carry.

The staff are very friendly, and they were able to help us pick out some cards from their displays, and cards that weren't out on display. They also have booster packs from many different sets, and even let us pick our own packs from their box. We bugged them nonstop for about 45 minutes with card pricing to make sure we got the best deal, and they were very willing to help. Cannot recommend them enough.

The gentleman behind the counter listened to my issues and had no problems helping me even though my game wasn't from his store. He was able to fix my game by cleaning it and even waited to see if I could play it properly before I left. I wasn't charged a dime even though I took up a good 5 minutes of his time. I'm not a huge gamer nor am I what would be considered the common target demographic for gaming, even so I wasn't ignored or treated badly. I really appreciate the time taken to help me with my problem and I think I've found my new gamer store. Thanks guys!!

I'm nearly certain I've left a review before as I even updated their hours for them several months…read moreago, but alas no reviews from me to be found. So, here we go! First, let me say, of any video game store that I have been in in the past couple of years, this staff truly seems to care about customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and treated very nicely. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was looking for a video game for my husband as a gift, but didnt have a specific one in mind. They assisted me in finding something that he would truly love and I ended up coming home with a game that I had never heard of. It ended up being one of the games that he had been wanting for years. I went back months later, this time with my husband in tow. We were greeted and treated very kindly this time as well. All questions were answered and the staff and my husband engaged in a lively conversation. Upon arriving home, all cartridges were in working condition and clean. 10/10 this place is on my bookmarks and we will keep coming back when we're in town!

Had $140 dollar Star Wars helmet ripped me for $20 a joke and he say he'll put me on psp list but every time he say they keep coming and selling but never tells me, i bought hundreds in games I regret buying for these greedy nerds im selling my game systems i go over with a ps5 pro perfectly brand new regular ps5 with disk and Xbox 360 and ps3 the special edition plays ps2 also he lied said it was a regular ps3 to scam me for worth and a ps2. Told me $435 just for the pro then I take them in they lied said they were all broken and damaged so they wouldn't fix them only for scraps parts lol I didn't agree or argue i said how much for all 5 systems he say $400 for all 5 after he told me 450 just for the pro lied wasted my time and said I would be able to get any more money than that anywhere insisted that he would lie again lol. I left took my game systems to GameStop they paid me $950 for everything cash and told me what exactly they did and were totally fair and honest people at GameStop I'll never go back to gay Bit. 0 stars I would go to GameStop all day. I was not desperate and he got upset you can tell lol.
