The manager of this location, Jakob, is unreliable, at best, and dishonest, at worst. After two conversations w him about upgrading our phones, we sat up an appointment to get our entire family new phones. We scheduled the appointment when he suggested bc his "most experienced" staff would be there to ensure it went smoothly. When we arrived, none of the staff were there with whom we had spoken were present, and the staff working knew nothing about the Appointment. They were unable to make the phone upgrades we were promised, so they called Jakob at home...she had him on speaker phone, and we listened to him berate her and then hang up on his employees while they tried to help us. He then came to the store and started telling us all kinds of stories about why they can't do what he promised us...telling us that he never said wht he said...yada yada. We asked for the district manager's contact info, which he refused to provide. He said he'd have Roger, the DM call me. I'm shocked that I've never received that phone call. The philosophy of the store seems to be "Say anything to get the sale," and worry about consequences later. read more
