This T-Mobile location Rocks! Curtis in particular is a rep that goes the extra mile. I know because he assisted me three separate times and provided outstanding service. Specifically, he diagnosed my issue and problem. Second he provided the alternatives i have to solve the issue/problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! The Bellevue Tmobile lies! After experiencing terrible service from Sprint, after their merger, we decided to just cave in and go with Tmobile. We were close to the Bellevue location on US 441 and went in to sign up. A young man, and I believe, his supervisor were adamant that were were going to have to hive up our cell numbers, one I have had for over forty years. We questioned this several times, but he insisted we had to. Reluctantly, we agreed. We thought Sprint sucked!!! The service, or lack thereof, from Tmobile, dropped calls, from ten feet away. Dead zones everywhere. So, we ended up at Verizon in Bellevue! And to find out we never had to give up our numbers. And the customer service was five star!!! We canceled Tmobile within three weeks! Extremely happy with our new carrier and the guys in the Verizon store in Bellevue, Florida. Tmobile....well, they LIE!!! read more

The store completely lied about switching over to them from my previous provider. I received a bill from my previous provider saying my phone was never paid off by T-Mobile for their switch over promotion. They applied their own promotion to the upgrade of my phone so they got their sale and kept whatever that money was to their selves. DO NOT shop here! read more

I purchased a new IPhone 8 Plus at TMobile in Bellview. I was told my old IPhone 5s was backed up when in fact at the end of the sale she said there was no internet. What a mess! Thank goodness AppleCare straightened everything out but I was on the phone an hour. Obviously this sales rep at TMobile did not know what she was doing!!!!
