Onsite customer service issue. Arrived at the facility on 7/20/26 around 3:30. We tried to log on…read moreto the app to get into the facility and we were unable to do so, so then we went to the office. A dark haired female in her twenties (I am giving the description due to not getting her name) came out to the front door of the office and stopped us on the way in. I showed her the error message on the login site and asked for help. She immediately acted as if we were bothering her and asked us "are you using a VPN." No we were not. She then put her hand on her hip, blocked the entrance to the office, and said "there is nothing I can do to help you." I said "we are paying to keep our stuff here but you can't help us get into the unit?" She then said I could switch to a fob but it's extra. She also immediately mentioned the FOB does not usually work and also told me that I could "move my sh*t." I then said that this was poor customer service because she wasn't providing any real solutions and was interacting with us in a very rude way. She finally mentioned something about re downloading the app so my husband went to the side to do that. She then, once again with an attitude, said something about tech support not being helpful in these situations. I wanted to end the interaction so I pointed out that she initially wasn't being helpful at all, acted extremely bothered from the beginning of the interaction, and just seemed very flustered and annoyed with us the entire time. The re downloading of the app worked and we then proceeded to our unit. In summary, she basically just complained at us about the issue we were having, and kind of just rambled as us until she mentioned a solution. Overall, she just seemed mad that we wanted help with a pretty basic problem we were having and getting any actionable advice from her was like pulling teeth.

I had an outstanding experience at this Verizon store thanks to Varun and Arjun…read more Varun handled most of my visit, and his attention to detail was exceptional. He walked through every part of my account, made sure all of our data transferred smoothly, and helped optimize a plan that fits my family perfectly. What impressed me most was his integrity. He never rushed, never pushed anything unnecessary, and made sure every choice truly served our needs. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care, but Varun absolutely delivered. Arjun was also fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Together, they made what could have been a stressful upgrade feel easy and seamless. If you want a team that's patient, honest, and committed to getting things right, this is the Verizon store to visit. Highly recommend.

Ryan B. was the representative working with me. He displayed composure, tact and discipline while dealing with other unsufferable (I wanted to yell at these bozos for him) clients prior to assisting me. When my time came, he made sure to explain EVERY option I had when it came to upgrading my phone. Additionally, he even assisted with comparing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro with other competing models, for both the ones AT&T is authorized to carry and 3rd party devices available online. In summary, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Also, your point of sale system is buggy AT&T and y'all NEED to find a new contract for it cuz whoever has your money now, ain't worth SQUAT.

Ryan and Jason are truly professional and earned my business as I was looking into switching from another cell provider. Not all AT&T stores are alike and my experience with one other was awful. If I had not already dealt with Ryan at the Stafford Marketplace location, I may not have even switched to AT&T. They did not receive the S20 Ultra on the day of release which is why I went to the other store which did have it in stock. In the end, I would rather wait a week or even a year if I had to in order to work with friendly, competent and professional people like Ryan and Jason. They handled everything and I got the phone a few days later so it all worked out. Corporate needs to praise this store and make it the model for other regional stores. The next step for corporate would be to go ten miles south and clean house in that location.

When we called Verizon the next day, they literally said that they've never heard of this happening and that Verizon does not charge an activation fee for pre-paid plans. I called first to ask if they were open and available - They were. I had never heard of this store before. Upon arrival I was quickly seen and discussed the issues with the employee there. The employee stated that they did not have the Pixel 6 Pro batteries in stock at that location but that I could travel ~40 minutes to one of their other locations and get the service done there or I could wait and have one of their regional staff managers bring a battery another day, or have them order a battery. Since they offered the service, and it's built into their price, I opted to have them transfer the battery from the secondary location, figuring it would be faster than ordering one... I left with my phone and waited a few days. The receipt stated that I'd be notified by 06/11. So on the morning of 06/12 I contacted the store to inquire if the parts had come in. The employee stated that the parts were in-store and that they had called an left a voicemail (and gave me the time of the VM call) on my phone, but I never received it. No worries! I'm sure they did leave me one. I'm just happy to finally be able to get it fixed. Not stressing over a day! Upon arrival they stated that they were going to put my phone into a repair mode and that they wouldn't be able to access any of my data while it was in that mode, and to enter and exit that mode they'd need my PIN (which they DO NOT write down or keep in any way). Very happy to see that their customers' personal data, in their phone is secure, and that curious eyes wouldn't be looking through it (not that I think they would!) Nice to see they care to educate and re-assure their customer base. They also use GENUINE and not aftermarket parts for Google and Samsung, unlike other shops. The only gripe I had was the price -- but then again, who doesn't whine over an expensive bill?! ...$150+ for a battery replacement seems a bit much. But, I do understand that they need to pay for 2 staff members every day, insurance, rent for the space, and parts... But, at least maybe give first-time customers a 10-30% discount to keep them coming back, maybe..? Another shop told me they'd do the battery replacement for $80. But again.. who doesn't want best price? It's crazy to me that it's failing so soon, when I've always kept it in a case, only dropped it twice, and always take care with it. I ordered the phone in April 2022, from Google, for just over $1,050! I am happy with the service I got, and hopefully this will be the only time I'll have to make such a heavy investment into a phone that's not even 4 years old to me yet... Great job on the work, uBreakiFix. Hopefully I'm good for another 3-4 years, at least!
