lots of technical problems made switching to T mobile with these guys a two day challenge that is still buggy. then to top it off crucial information wasn't relayed to me about their reimbursement program that I believed I had been singed up for in store that may have resulted with me getting stuck with a $600+ unexpected bill from my old carrier. read more

Needed a new SIM card and the gal who helped me was super kind. I was in and out in ten minutes. Lovely service!

I called T mobile and explained that I wanted to cancel 2 lines on my account. The gentleman that answered said I needed to have a driver's license to verify who I was and that I could call customer service. But I didn't know that I needed a pin. So I went to the store. Two employees were serving two customers. The girl asked me what was I in the store for. I said to cancel 2 lines. She said, "You need to call a customer service associate." I responded that I had spoken to this gentleman over here and he told me that all I needed to do was bring in a valid driver's license to verify who I was. After a long wait we noticed that they were servicing 2 customers and the guy was waiting for a credit check or something and seemed to be just shooting the breeze with the customer. I then looked over to the guy and I said can you serve me while you're waiting for what ever it is. I've been waiting for over an hour. He came over. Told me he could not cancel the lines but he could verify my identity. After hearing this, I pointed out that they could have clarified that when first asked instead of having us wait an hour. At my complaint he got up and walked away. I asked if he was still going to verify my identity. He said " No" as he walked out of the room. When he came back in I asked him for his name and he covered his name tag and said "Manager" He refused to give his name. I have a hard time believing a manger could treat a customer in this fashion. So unprofessional. Will be reporting this incident to upper management. read more
