I could have installed the seal myself but asked to have a technician come to look at my washer also. He pushed a couple buttons shrugged his shoulders, said try to make a video and call me. In the process of this he laid the old dishwasher belt on the clothes washer leaving black marks that took me a half hour to clean up. His total visit was 15 minutes and I was charged 199.00 - a ridiculous rip off!, Never again!
