Yde's has always been great to us! I called today and they didn't have any service guys available but as soon as he heard it was for a daycare with a fridge on the blink, he made some time for us later today, when they are done with their scheduled stops. If I could give zero stars I would! Quoted me a price for a dishwasher seal, then charged me higher amount and then when repair technician came, he was clueless on looking at my washer, which was the reason why he was there. I could have installed the seal myself but asked to have a technician come to look at my washer also. He pushed a couple buttons shrugged his shoulders, said try to make a video and call me. In the process of this he laid the old dishwasher belt on the clothes washer leaving black marks that took me a half hour to clean up. His total visit was 15 minutes and I was charged 199.00 - a ridiculous rip off!, Never again! read more

I don't advise purchasing an appliance from YDE's. The first refrigerator they dropped off did not have any Freon in the compressor. The second refrigerator is very loud! I tried calling the number listed and it is ALWAYS busy! read more

We bought a used refrigerator, and had it delivered, few days prior to the Memorial Day weekend. It developed a problem tripping breakers, and refused to run. Instead of messing around trying to service it, they brought out another fridge on a Saturday, to ensure our weekend wasn't a bust. The replacement turned out to be an upgrade from the one we bought! I began a 4 month saga with Yde's appliance repair October of 2019. After 4 service calls to fix a 5 year old GE refrigerator it is still not working correctly. The ice continues to thaw and refreeze into a solid block daily and the crisper drawer continues to freeze vegetables rock hard.The store does not always answer the phone during business hours and a message I left went unanswered for a week (not the first time either). It was only after a second message was left a week later that Rob, the repair man called back stating I would have to file another claim with the warranty company because the store had already closed this out. While we did not purchase this refrigerator from Yde's we did have an extended warranty on it and the repair man was aware this would expire in February of this year. I was assured throughout the 4 month ordeal that I need not worry as this was an open claim and would be honored even after the expiration date passed. I was also told by Rob that he would look into this and call me back shortly. 3 days have now passed and I have not heard from him. In speaking with the warranty company it seems Yde's submitted for payment way back in November of 2019. Interesting that I was repeatedly told it was an open claim and that I need not worry about the approaching expiration date. Seems like they left me hanging here just to wait out the warranty period so they wouldn't have to fix what they obviously didn't know how to fix in the first place. I do not recommend Yde's and I will NEVER use their services again! read more

Took my built in microwave in. After two weeks and several phone calls, I gave up and picked it up. They never even looked at it.
