As an existing customer, I visited this Verizon store for the first time today. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn't belong across the table from customers. It was appalling.

As the legal administrator for my father's estate, I brought my 80-year old widowed mother into the Siegen Ln store on the morning of October 6, 2025 to change their account from his name to hers. We were "helped" by a young woman wearing a face mask only covering her mouth but not nose, who mumbled and rolled her eyes throughout our entire interaction and showed a general lack of interest in her job and disdain toward helping customers. Upon explaining our situation, I immediately provided my legal paperwork and a death certificate, to which she demanded 4 times that I must show her "power of attorney" documentation for my father. Ignoring my explanation and legal paperwork, she simply dismissed the letters of administration as a document, and I quote "that anyone could type up." I even showed her the court seal on the legal estate court documents but she was belligerent and adamant i would provide her with power of attorney paperwork or she would not help me. This was so upsetting for both my 80-year old mother and I both, and I literally had to tell the customer service associate over and over that power of attorney isn't applicable for anyone who is deceased, it is only for someone who is still living. At that point she brought out either a manager or another employee who had no interest in helping us either. WE WERE TOLD TO GO HOME AND CALL COX's 1-800 number if we wanted to transfer the account. This was absolutely pitiful disgusting service, especially for elderly clients who have been with this company for over 40 years! Blatant disrespect for customers and for the law. Cox will not provide me any formal way to file a complaint although I have called and asked specifically. Do not do business with this company and please protect your elderly parents if they are continuing to use Cox as their TV or internet provider. Kennedy helped confirm that my MacBook had crashed and was considered vintage by Apple. Considering it was a 2020 model, I definitely had to laugh at that because it does not even feel old yet! From the moment I checked in with Bethany to working with Kennedy at the Genius Bar, the customer service was excellent. Kennedy was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to navigate. The store was very clean and busy, but everything still felt organized and efficient. I ultimately purchased a MacBook Neo in the Citrus color and have been very pleased with my purchase so far. There was no line when I got there; the man that helped me had a bit of an accent, but we understood one another well enough to joke about how the Apple Genius Bar told me they couldn't fix my phone and had to upgrade to the newest model. He fixed the water damage, gave me a new screen (It was shattered), and it was less than $100.
