Find a different store, they have no clue what they are doing and the service sucks so find a new carrier as well.

Most traumatizing experience purchasing a phone! I came here first of all thinking this is a…read morecorporate store they do a good job at fooling people, this is an authorized dealer. So I was initially helped by Zara who is very nice but had to return to the store as my phone was on back order, I was simply switching providers during a VZW promotion for a phone trade in, we agreed upon the arrival of my new phone I'd trade in my old phone and use $200 device dollars for the balance. My phone finally arrives and I visit the store w my 4 year old. The manager Nick Singh starts off being very helpful but as a former VZW employee myself I knew something was off when he ported my number and then told me I had a balance of $307 I explained to him that's not what I agreed to. He said ok let me figure out what happened so I stand next to him as he is typing away on MY account he starts flipping out on me belligerently that I'm not letting him do his job meanwhile I have never raised my voice I simply asked to be walked through the process I asked to please cancel the entire thing and port my number back to my old provider he said too late you need to physically go to your old provider and have them do it which was not possible as I was with my 4 year old after a long day of work and have a baby at home that I had to get back to. He finally does some shady stuff bc I know the wireless jargon when someone is trying to finagle something. At this point I'm so humiliated by his yelling at me in front of customers I leave the store w no receipt just a phone in hand now Verizon says I owe $1000 bc I never traded in my old phone Nick Singh should not be working w people he is abusive to women and frankly I'm nervous he knows where I live
