They didn't get off to a great start as the store opened a half hour later while I waited outside of my car. When the finally opened the individual that replaced the iPhone screens was not there and was told that he comes in the afternoon. They said I could leave the iPhone there and they would repair it, so I did. I came back after 2 o'clock and then they told me they couldn't fix it. What a waste of time‍. The incompetency starts with the ownership down to the guy who plays with the phones and the girl who sits behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Having been receiving moisture error message to my phone I was in need of a fix. I found these guys on Google search.........Great experience: They took my phone and diagnosed a dirty contact on the USB Port.....Nothing more. This place is a life saver :) My bag fell on my USB drive while it was inside the computer, and the drive disconnected from the motherboard. I brought the drive into the establishment and ask if it had any chance of saving. My entire work files are on this drive. Luckily, Greg was able to fix it for me however I had to purchase a new flash drive from Target ($9.99). I was charged $55 for the service and it took less than 20 minutes. This is the only place I'll go for iPhone repairs... brought my iPhone 6s+ to them yesterday due to lights on one side of my screen being out. Also thought I had a cracked screen. They repaired the light problem in a few hours and told me my screen was fine- was just a cracked screen protector which I didn't even know I had (forgot about it). They put a new screen protector on at no charge (could easily have told me they replaced the screen and I'd have never known). This place saved me this past week. Out of nowhere the sound on my iPhone went dead when I was making calls. I couldn't hear anything! I went to the apple store, made an appointment, waited an hour and they couldn't figure out what was going on. They recommended I pay $300 for a replacement. Just before I agreed, I goggle phone repair stores and found this place. I decided to take a chance, and within ten minutes of explaining the problem Craig (or Greg) knew what was going on. I left my phone for two hours (sooner then they predicted) and when I got it back, it was like new. Not to mention I only had to pay $80! Horrible customer service. I had my screen replaced on January 23rd. Ever since the repair, the brightness on the phone would go up and down on its own. The middle of the screen was extremely sensitive. I had a screen protector and protective case on the phone. Dropped the phone 1 time and the screen still broke. When I went back on March 6th (within 120 days of the warranty) they said that a broken screen was not part of the warranty. Even after explaining how the screen may not have been installed properly (there was an inspector there watching the guy who was fixing my phone and his every move and asking questions distracting him) or that the screen itself was poor quality to begin with, he still would not replace it. I was offered a new repair for $80 from the $120 it would cost or just the screen alone (no repair) for $40 (their cost) I asked if he was already loosing out on $40 for repairing the phone discounted, then could he do better than $40 for the screen and he still refused. I was not going to pay for another screen if the quality wound up being just as bad. If you're looking for a quick cheap fix then this place is fine. If you have any problems following the repair, they suck. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Complete rip offs read more
