Now that I want to cancel, which I had to call them on Friday Oct 16th and now Monday Oct 19th I realized I still wasn't canceled. I called twice today only for more of their bs. I was told my billing cycle ended on the 15th of the month. And they don't pro-rate, and on Nov 2nd they will take out $110 because my monthly amount has an increase around Oct 26th this month. I want to cry. I'm so frustrated they are taking $110 from me for 29 days of service I'm not using. They said they don't pro-rate and my monthly charge went up. But here's the kicker....out of my total of 4 phone calls to cancel, their customer service basically says they want you as a Spectrum customer happy and the 1st person said they would match the $30 T-Mobile internet I already switched to. So if I would of stayed with Spectrum I would be charged around $30 on Nov 2nd. Instead I wanted to cancel, thay are sticking charging me the new extortion amount. And I'm researching where I can leave reviews on Spectrum....they only have 1.5 to 2.0 stars including with the BBB.​

By they I mean the district manager who identified herself by first name only as DeLana, who let me know immediately that she could care less about customers that Jason has taken well care of for the last 2 years and refused to honor the solution to the issue with my tablet that Jason had told me he could take care of but they were out of tablets the day I came in. I gave her my name and asked her to call Jason but all she did was write my name down and then refused to call him. I've left other reviews online and always gave this store the highest marks and compliments, but my experience today doesn't even deserve a single star but unfortunately I can't leave less than that. For a district manager to act this way is not only an extremely bad look for Boost Mobile as a whole, but I can promise that my family and I will never be back to this store and will be canceling all six devices and going with a different cellular provider.
