Jarred…read moreis my customer focused Verizon representative, and he deserves to be in a higher position based on the following factors: 1 Service -he has excellent knowledge of the Verizon products, the newest products and the best accessories for my device: 2 Technical ability to perform the necessary steps when activating an account, to do the work to enable me to have a functioning Verizon account upon leaving the store. 3. Takes the time to explain what I have and how the product or service(s) benefit me. 4. Responsive- when I have an issue with a Verizon product, Jarred takes an active role in the resolution of a problem, much to my relief--he takes ownership. In my observation, I think Verizon needs more people like Jarred running a store, and I hope those in higher management consider and evaluate him, or find a way to give him the much deserved recognition that should come with this front end job. Very Respectfully submitted
