I have been with T Mobile for a few years. I always get great service from the Sequim store. My phone dropped and the screen broke. Issac was able to back up my photos of my husband that had passed away. He also ordered my new phone and managed to upload all my information once the new phone came in. He was so helpful and i was able to calm down after I saw the photos and messages on my new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and how to effectively transfer my data. He really cares about his customers. Not just me but everyone who came into the store over 3 days. When my phone locked up he again successfully restored my information, data and my photos. I would give it a 0 if I could. We bought two I phone 17 phones. We had been on a usage plan for !20.00 per month. Isaac the employee we dealt with told us the best possible plan was to add two addtional lines to keep our rate at 120.00. When our bill came we were charged 180.00. Returning to the store Isaac said he made a mistake, he did apologize multiple times, but said nothing could be done about it. We were told we were on a two year plan and we were stuck with it. An additional $1200.00 out of our pocket because Isaac made a mistake. This is how they treat customers who have been with the company well over twenty years. read more

Your customer service went from 5* to 1*. We explained our issues to this guy and everything was a joke and laughing. * I couldn't a remove an app on phone, * Call in Password no longer works, We need the call in password * Did not receive billing statement. He insisted we changed to paperless and we didn't. I said to him I was not happy with his service and he thought this was funny like a big joke. I said I want to talk to someone else he laughed. Made a complaint to T-Mobile and no answer back. This company is just like Verizon. We have been with this T- Mobile company going on 4 yrs started out a mess, then good till now a mess. Staff at store very friendly and helpful. i actually stopped in to cancel my account. I like everything about T-Mobile except for speed and coverage in the rural areas that i live. Tested Dataspeeds were 1/10 of a competitor (who has crummy customer service). But staff is great, cost was very competitive & they told you what you need to do. Turns out, after store staff spending 10 minutes on the phone, and my answering questions as why i want to cancel, the Call center told the store staff (not me while on phone) they could not do it, but that i had to call in. I called in, long wait times, i eventually took the option for a callback. a couple of hours later, it took their computers 3 times to get me. A little more wait, then a really helpful and nice person (Haley) helped me cancel my account. She was soo nice i hated to do it. I'll be back when i live someplace they have better coverage !! read more

AVOID this store at all costs. Outright FRAUD. Went in to inquire about a new phone. Said I could get a new phone with a new plan and trade in at no cost. Then said I could add my friend to my account at no addition cost. Then said she could get a new phone at no additional cost. Got them to sign before I left town that new bill would be $80 a month. Well, you guessed it, got home new bill was $250 as they added a third line to the account without our needing a third line. (Told us it was a way to skirt corporate.) After 6 hours on the phone with corporate finally got them to agree to $121. But no, next month went up because third line (never asked for, never used) was cancelled, so promotion was off. Another hour on the phone with corporate, no help. Manager Ali Wakley would not deal with the situation (would not come out to talk to us) and should lose her job. read more

After my stepson's phone stopped working, (not dropped, always in a case, etc.), I took it over to the T-Mobile store by my house. I was told that I'd have to file a claim under device protection which I overpay $75 a month for. When I told the person that I'd purchased the phone in February of 2021 I was told that it should be a warranty replacement which would only cost $5, (device care deductible is $90). Great! I'll take it. Text notification two days later that replacement phone is in and ready for pickup. Go over to get new phone. New person at the counter tells me now that, no, it isn't covered under warranty replacement and I need to contact Assurant in order to get the screen replaced. Ok, frustrating but T-Mobile has demonstrated a marked lack of interest in customer satisfaction so par for the course. Call Assurant and after 35 minutes on the phone I'm told that this is a warranty issue not a claim issue and that I need to contact T-Mobile. The customer service rep transfers me over to a T-Mobile rep. I'm left on hold for another 20 minutes until I hang up in frustration. Call back to T-Mobile, get an actual breathing human on the phone, after 20 minutes I'm told that there is a replacement phone at my local T-Mobile store and I just need to go in and pick it up. Go BACK into the T-Mobile store and get told by the manager that since the phone isn't in perfect condition they will NOT warranty the phone and I need to file a claim with Assurant. At this point I am absolutely done with T-Mobile. The only thing keeping me with them at this point is what's left on my wife and stepdaughter's phones to pay off. I'm spending the time shopping around to other providers to find one that's at least slightly less duplicitous than T-Mobile. I will also be yanking my business account from T-Mobile as I'm not keen on getting the same kind of run around at the worst possible moments. I've been a customer going on four years, never been late and always paid in full If you're considering T-Mobile and you've got money falling out of your pockets and don't care if you're treated like garbage, they're definitely for you. If you're interested in a company that values you as a customer and stands behind the products they not only sell but require you to purchase then I would shop elsewhere. read more

I cannot say enough to express my appreciation of Atticus and Sarah at this branch, but I'll give it my best shot. T-Mobile Customer Service had made a promise that was to be resolved at the nearest T-Mobile store and the agent we spoke to, over the phone, put a memo on our account outlining exactly what was promised and the given process so that the agents at the store would know just what to do, but when we got to the store in Sequim, WA, Atticus was unable to make the promise happen. He, and his store manager Sarah then spent two hours in a dogged attempt to convince various "higher-ups" that the company had to live up to a promise made and written on our account record. They really took our side and fought hard, repeatedly challenging the "higher-ups" to comply with the stated ethic of the company: customer first. A friend who was with us, and who is an assistant branch manager at a large Canadian bank, was so impressed by their dedication to the customer that he said he would hire them both on the spot if they would only move to Canada. Although the issue has not yet been resolved. I know that they are continuing to fight for us. Kudos to you both, Atticus and Sarah. read more
