Issac was able to back up my photos of my husband that had passed away. He also ordered my new phone and managed to upload all my information once the new phone came in. He was so helpful and i was able to calm down after I saw the photos and messages on my new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and how to effectively transfer my data. He really cares about his customers. Not just me but everyone who came into the store over 3 days. When my phone locked up he again successfully restored my information, data and my photos. Our family is very gratrful and would recommend his store for service above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Sequim T Mobile you guys are awesome!

Isaac the employee we dealt with told us the best possible plan was to add two addtional lines to keep our rate at 120.00. When our bill came we were charged 180.00. Returning to the store Isaac said he made a mistake, he did apologize multiple times, but said nothing could be done about it. We were told we were on a two year plan and we were stuck with it. An additional $1200.00 out of our pocket because Isaac made a mistake. This is how they treat customers who have been with the company well over twenty years.
