Let me start with : T-MOBILE IS THE WORST COMPANY that I've ever dealt with. They have some shady business practices that are borderline illegal. THAT SAID, everyone at this particular store IS fantastic. It took 8 months and hours of time to cancel a business account because I had a data only plan and couldn't receive their one time text codes. Hours upon hours of time wasted, hung up on multiple times by T-Mobile customer support, and one store told me I had to buy a new phone and start a new line in order to cancel my existing service. The staff here spent 2 hours on the phone with me, going as far as to set up a temporary/burner phone for my phone number to appease "the cancelation team". After I was hung up on after being put on hold for 58 minutes while I waited for the support team to answer, the staff jumped on other lines and got it done. It's a shame T-Mobile sucks so bad because I'd happily do business with this store again. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. When we added my phone to my husbands phone plan, the guy gave us what he said was a free extra SIM card. It seemed weird when he explained it but I didn't question it as much as I should have. First off i only went in to get my screen protector changed out with my 360 protection program i have on my phone which is free if i needed a new one anytime. One of the girls took me right away since there was NO ONE in the store, she asked right away what phone it was and i told her iphone 13promax she answered I dont think we have that, without having any knowledge of having it then asked her coworker if they do and he said they did. Then im waiting while another person is trying to log into their portal for "360" login and it doesn't work. ON EACH TABLET. She doesn't even try and says i cant do anything for you because we can't even get into our 360 portal. Then i said ok is there another way i can prove i have it, and she said no, then i say Ok then walk off and she says something under her breath that i knew was towards me and her little coworkers were laughing. On Saturday, November 10th my grandmother went in to this location to get an upgrade for her phone. The associate Giselle assisted her. Instead of the upgrade she sold my grandmother internet and said it was free and told her she would cancel it for my grandmother when she didn't want it and told her she couldn't pay for her phone in the store. I was receiving notifications that my acct. had changed because me and my grandmother is on the same acct. I called my grandmother to let her know I was coming to the store. When I arrived Giselle was short and giving rude answers to me asking why was it extra charges and why we couldn't pay for the phone. I tried to get Alba to assist but she thought texting was more important. Giselle couldn't answer any of my questions and we found out all the information she gave my grandmother was a lie! She got the manager and 4 people came out the room into my face. The heavy set guy was trying to kick me out but I wanted answers. Then after all the lies and unprofessionalism we returned the internet and Giselle told my grandmother she wouldn't cancel it. I had to call 611 to cancel and complain on this 3rd party store. They are giving t-mobile a horrible rep. The manager even admitted they about making a sale they don't care. Well I care about my grandmother getting taken advantage of. Our bill was only $63 and hijacked to $130 with bs fees that was lied about. I found out the next day they didn't even fully activate her phone. They told my grandmother it takes a week for the phone to fully update and start working. I've never heard of that! Not to mention convincing her she needs a $60 phone case mind you my grandmother is almost 80. She doesn't care about that crap. Wish I looked at the reviews prior. This location operations their business unethically. When we went in we were looking to switch over 2 lines from another carrier and add a kids watch. Rod the manager first spoke with us and had another employee come in to process the order. We were told we could get 2 lines and the 2 extra for free for 160. Even though we didn't need the extra lines we were okay with that package. They went ahead and added 3 tracker that they said were free and would not add any additional charges to the account. When we viewed our first bill we were confused by the charges on the account and called corporate to review. They said that the tracker would be credited but there's nothing to do regarding the $10 monthly fee per tracker so additional $30 monthly for trackers we did not want. Support said that they could cancel the trackers but I need to make sure to return the device to the store or I would be charged. We went to the store to return the tracker and the manager Rod rudely said he could but that would take away any discounts to the plan. I said I wasn't aware of any additional discount on the account by adding the trackers. He then stated he "was not going to go back and forth with me" when all I did was voice my confusion, as what I was billed for was not what was agreed upon during setting up the account. We left and called corporate and they confirm no additional discount was added to the account and if we did not return the trackers we would be charged. Corporate was kind enough to stay on the phone as we returned the tracked to confirm it was processed correctly. There was also an additional $40 for the fourth line added to the bill. (So an additional $70 monthly, corporate stated they would have it removed but it would take a few billing cycles to reflect) They also said we could get $1000 for the trade in for our iphone 13 but that was another lie. We asked if they has the phone still so we could switch back "but the didnt" The whole process was headache that was not worth the move from Verizon. I thought I was getting a good deal but it was far from worth it. I recommend driving little more to a corporate store if you do want to join T-Mobile or call them. Amanda told me yesterday that I could pay the remaining balance on my phone and come in today and The out the door costs on a new phone would be covered with my trade in. So I borrowed the balance of $330 from a family member, visited the same store and the same employee and suddenly the new phone down payment is $750 and my trade in brings my out the door costs to about $450. read more

Oh man. Where can we start? Let's start with today. I walk in at 11am, one register is busy, the other two are not. The other two have two free employees literally doing nothing but cracking jokes, and when I approach they tell me they're not taking customers right now and to wait...Okay? At least this summer you jerks are allowing us to stay inside the damn building, not something you were allowing the last year. I was refused service to pay my bill because you guys have workers who'd rather get paid doing nothing, waiting for their food to show up because that's more important than a customer trying to pay their bills, which is what you're being paid to do? One of the workers was a heavier set man with curly hair, the first one to refuse to help me. Who was then backed up by what looks like a body builder(you can tell he's not going about it cleanly ) , who would rather eat and talk about their day instead of helping me. All with my mom waiting in the car, because she's having a hard time walking at the moment. At this point, I'm about to cancel my service, and just flash my phone over to another provider. I would put money down this doesn't happen anywhere else. Their phone doesn't work either, in case you want to call to speak to management. Probably done on purpose too. Go to the store asking for some assistance with a Samsung device and the rep had no clue how to help, but wanted to act like he knew his models! I can see from other reviews here that other customers have had lousy customer service, also - so it wasn't just me. Seth, the customer service rep, seems to be in the wrong line of work because customer service is not his thing. I admit that I may not have been the greatest customer, but his attitude and general unhappiness with the world grated on me... Rather than shrug off my poor behavior (isn't the customer always right? even when she's wrong?), he became completely unhinged and unglued. Something there ain't right with him and his psyche. I hope he can find another job somewhere that isn't customer facing. And maybe get some anger management training. read more

Ramona was super patient and it was an incredibly smooth process. He knew his stuff, got us hooked up, all took like 1 hour. Plus he was nice and not too pushy. Didn't pretend to be all exciting and fake, which was refreshing. We even brought our baby and he didn't mind getting the plan switched over while we handled the baby. Back in December I came to this store to bring over three lines of service. A couple months into my new service I found out that the Rep importing my numbers over mixed them all up causing a three month delay with getting me rebate back to pay off my other carrier. It caused my other carrier to send my last bill to precollectios! That's not it! I later found out that the offered me a specific promotion that did not exist at the time. They stated I would get $200 of accessories for each line I imported over and turned in my old phones for a new one. Come to Find out that it was not the right promotion and it has taken t mobile months to fix it. Not to mention the customer support over the phone isn't very helpful and has lied to me about how they were fixing things. The only one that was able to help me was a lady named TJ who was able to adjust and find the issue. Although this does not take the bad taste out of my mouth. I just went into this store to do a phone warranty exchange and Bruno the representative refused, even though the phone representative and doc warranty advised I qualified. Bruno said his store manager Luis told him not to accept any phones regardless of the warranty. Now, I have to wait for mail delivery another 4 days because this store is making up it's own policies and refusing to follow franchise policies. I would not suggest switching to T-Mobile like I attempted to last month. The staff was nice (Melanie and the store's Assistant Manager) but the quality of the phone service was just not there. I got back to my house and the phone was consistently dropping my WI-FI connection and reception was coming in and out the entire 10 days that I had the phone. I even went back and exchanged devices but still no luck. When I tried to return my phones there was an issue and I needed to wait for the manager then I needed to wait for the Regional manager. I had been in that store more times than I can count on two hands. I did receive a full refund for all the inconvenience. However, my debit card got hit over $200 after I returned the phones. I had several conversations over the phone calls with their customer service department. How hard is it to issue a refund? I was just told today that I am only getting partial credit since I closed my account they are going to bill me for an entire month. This is the first time that I am hearing this policy be explained to me. I left my name and number for a manager to call me. How can anyone agree that 10 days of spotty service plus all the time I have spent between the store and over the phone be acceptable to pay almost $100 in the end. They told me I should have waited to the end of my billing cycle to cancel but when I said I only had 14 to return my new phone, there response was "Oh I understand but our policy is still the same." read more
