When I traded in my phones at this store the Manager, Nick, never sent two of the phones back. So my account was charged for the phones, one month my bill was almost 900.00. I have been paying close to 500.00 every month, my bill was not SUPPOSED to go up. My bill was supposed by the same 320.00 BUT it wasn't, do not go in to this store. She explained all with competence and empathy which resulted in a really positive customer experience. She is absolutely an asset to her employers, and we will recommend others to this location and to also ask for her to assist them although it is our impression that the personnel all work together in a collaborative way to assist customers as well as each other as it can get busy due to its smaller size. Somehow the salesman here at the authorized retailer could get me an upgraded phone, "free" and a cheaper monthly plan. I should have known it was too good to be true. No matter how many questions I asked, he couldn't explain things clearly to me, so I really should have known better. But Verizon had already worn me down with every other Verizon store visit and argument to try and get a new phone and cheaper plan. So I got a new phone, after $200 something in upfront charges (taxes, fees I don't know anymore). A week goes by and I see my new bill is now over $100 more than my previous bill, rather than lower, or even the same! So I walk back in and try to go over the bill, with the same guy who helped me before, to understand what has happened. Somehow I had a second line, insurance and a hotspot all added that I didn't need and didn't ask for. Again, no matter how many times I tried to ask very specific questions to understand why these were added, can I remove them to lower the bill, he kept worming out of clear answers, and essentially told me that my bill would GO UP if I tried to remove these add ons, even though they appeared to be additional charges, and I didn't need any of these features. Its totally possible that I misunderstood something, but if that is the case, then you should be able to clearly explain the charges to me and my options. He could not do this. And nothing he told me was confirmed by Verizon customer service. I walked out and called Verizon customer service and they were able to remove all the add-ons and confirm those features were not providing me with any deal or promotion, and that my bill would absolutely be lower without those things. We'll see, because I wouldn't typically give any Verizon corporate employee a good review on customer service either, but the Verizon customer service rep I spoke to this evening was exceptionally nice and helpful. But the guy working at this retail location on Mondays was deceptive and intentionally confusing, and possibly outright dishonest. I'm guessing he got some sort of commission on whatever he was trying to add to my account. I will never use this place again, even if the location is insanely convenient. Maybe all authorized retail locations are like this, this was the first one I tried, but I will never use this one again.

It's 14kt. For this item he only wanted to give me $4000 but at the weight it is at the price of gold yesterday per gram it was worth $6,800. Today at the current price of gold it's worth 6,957.6 I asked him how much it would be if I sold it and this crook told me it will be the same $4000.
