He seemed pretty honest about service and which phones he thought were good and bad. He didn't encourage any of the customers to spend an excessive amount of money. He also had a few customers that had a few loose screws and he kept his cool. On most days the guys seem like they hate their job but sometimes you get them on a good day and they are friendly. I don't like that the phones on display are displayed in one color. I'm aware that you can see it online but it's not the same, Whats the point of the display if it has to be stuck on the display, in one color. I need to do more than just swipe the screen to test it out. But I guess that maybe that's a universal T-Mobile store thing.
