So I called all these…read moreAT&T stores in Miami trying to find out which store had the phone I wanted, and every store representative I spoke to was totally rude and not helpful at all. Most of the stores told me they couldn't even give me information over the phone about which phones they had in stock and I had to come in physically to the store just to find out. Totally insane! Like they think I have so much time on my hands that I can drive around Miami going from one store to the next just to find out if they have the phone I want in stock or not. Then I called this store in Coconut Grove and spoke to Sebastian, who is the assistant manager. And he was awesome! He was very polite and helpful, and told me that he did, in fact, have the phone I wanted in stock, which was great. (He also said if he didn't have it in stock, he could order it and it would be there available for me in 2-3 days.) He then told me that he would hold the phone for me and not sell it until I had a chance to get there and purchase it. Upon arriving at the store, Sebastian was very cool and sat down with me and spent a good half hour getting my phone set up telling me the all the important information I needed to know and answering all my questions in a polite and professional manner. He also suggested some accessories, and even helped me apply a screen protector on my new phone so I didn't have to do it myself when I got home. After I left the store and got home, I had some more questions and I called Sebastian back and he was very helpful. So, I highly recommend this store. I can't vouch for the professionalism and politeness of any of the other employees there, but if you can contact Sebastian and let him help you with whatever you need, then you will be good to go! (Also, FYI the store is conveniently located in Coconut Grove near the intersection of US-1 and SW. 27th Ave. in the shopping center with the Pollo Tropical and Pet Supermarket. It's also right across US-1 from the Coconut Grove metrorail station.)

It is super big and there are so many options of computers, phones, watches and tablets to choose from. All of my messages were gone as of July 2,2026, which was devastating because of photos sent from relatives and friends over the years. I researched everything but nothing worked so I finally called Verizon Technical to ask for help. They did diagnostics and whatever and said that they could get my precious messages back. They made an appointment for me with this business for today at 300pm and said that they would take care of the costs. I was greatly relieved from the promises and drove out to this business. I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer. There was a huge crack in the middle of a screen, making the touchpad unusable. I brought my own screen, bought from asus website but I was told that in this case the repairs won't be covered. And for a screen from their screen I have to wait. That's alright I thought. Two days later, got a call saying the part has arrived. They fixed pretty quick, no issues here. Bringing laptop home I realized the bezel is not afixed correctly, there are lots of glue all over the screen and small crack in the corner. Not sure if it happened when I opened the laptop or they gave it like this to me. Brought it back. And that's where the circus begun. "Screen functioning with no issues so we can only refund the labor" - their words. So not only the new "broken" screen is never been covered, the broken bezel is not covered as well. Reporting it to BBB and claiming chargeback from the bank.
