If your wondering how good T-Mobile networks is in Marshfield, it's actually very good. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I think T-Mobile is better in this area. The store is a little understaffed. Other wise I think they do a good job here. T-Mobile is a budding rival for AT&T and Verizon. They are really pushing the 5G networks and that's cool. read more

Very unhappy to be stuck with them in a two-year contract. Unhelpful. Rude. Dishonest. Don't go with T-Mobile. Definitely don't go here. Some of the worst interactions I've ever had, in my life. They're trying to get a commission, not help people. read more

Worst experience ever! First off, all 4 people working, took turns, to help my family try and switch plans to T-mobile. It made it seem from the start that we were not important, and that the employees could care less if they actually helped us. This was the most unprofessional place I have been to in a long time. We were flip flopped between representatives, told plans were available, then not available, told phones were available, and then not available.... This was a collection of reasons that I told my family we were NOT going to change their plans to Tmobile. The final nail in the coffin for me, was the fact that the person helping us, was on the phone the whole time, and we seemed to not be important at all, and second rate guests. To be on the phone, while trying to help us? Really?!? The last this that just pissed me off, is that I found out this store, was not even an actual T-mobile store, it was an "authorized retailer", that had four workers at it, that seemed to have NO clue what they were doing. I have had T-mobile to Sprint, to now T-mobile again, for the better part of 16 years, and I have never had such a poor experience with this company! On top of all of this, we left, just to find they made 2 of the 3 phones we came in with, inoperable. It took another 48 minutes on the phone with Sprint, to get these two phones operationable again. This store is laden with unprofessional, untrained, and inexperienced employees, and I will make sure my friends, family, qnd others I talk to, stay far away from this location. This "Authorized Retailer" is an absolute detriment, and major risk, to T-mobile's reputation! read more

We are talking a couple of feet. OtterBox and screen protector. took it to Best Buy this time. They told me the screen Marshfield Technology put in my phone was absolute junk. It was so hard to get out of my phone they weren't even sure it was for my phone. (Not to mention the resolution quality and response time was horrible compared to my girlfriends Exact same iPhone). I called Marshfield Technology to discuss this with David (the owner of the company) apparently they have my account flagged because I left them a bad review. He said and I quote "you left me a bad review don't call here anymore." I don't know about you, but that just seems like bad business. I urge all of you to go somewhere else for your repair needs. They use junk to replace your OEM components. I was warned by a coworker of mine that knows them very well that I should take my business elsewhere. I should have listened. Please, save yourself some money and a headache and go to Best Buy. They will replace your screens Whether you have insurance or not and they WILL undercut what Marshfield Technology is charging BY A LOT! Also be warned! The screens that they put in to your iPhones are not Apple products and could potentially void any warranty that you have with Apple.

Recently had some antenna issues for my over the air broadcasts. My local tower guy was out due to…read morea back injury so I contacted Selk to come and fix our antenna. It was determined that our antenna was bad and we needed another. The technician explained that they had a Wingard GS 2200 Sensar amplified antenna that they had installed numerous times and had great results with. I was familiar with this unit as I had seen it on the mfr web site at $70 retail price. At first I could not believe such a small odd looking thing would work, but low and behold it did. The problem I have with all of this is the highway robbery billing. Selk charged $170 for a $70 retail antenna that they pay less than $36 for. This is in addition to install and travel time bringing the bill to over $290. When I called and mentioned that the retail price of this antenna was only $70 and I was billed $170 I was told "we are not in the retail business. Apparently they are in the 400% plus mark up business. caveat emptor

Gave Midwest the information that they could call. Next came a ton of excuses ranging from "well I only worked a half a day, I had meetings all day, I don't have their phone number, I don't have their fax number, the fax comes back with black lines & I can't read the fax." Called 12/29 & offered to pay to push this prescription through faster. Called 1/5 got a manager involved & gave them til 12pm on 1/6 to get the prescription filled. Medwest called at 1:42pm 1/6 to say they still didn't have the right fax information at which point we told them we no longer needed their services. Went to another medical equipment store and had the correct prescription not even an hour later. Pretty pathetic!!

She said I had to buy $100 worth to get the gift card. When I got home I checked & the offer said I needed to purchase $50 of items to get the gift card. When I returned today the manager said that it was too late to get the gift card. I told her that I was quite disappointed and asked if they could reconsider because I really thought I had followed the rules and qualified for the gift card. She insisted that the computer had changed over and she was unable to honor the offer. I don't plan to shop at target for a long time. I was a loyal customer until now.

A Wisconsin Rapids computer company had it twice, we paid, but again, not fixed permanently, only lasting minutes. I chose I.T.S.M because it is a veteran owned company and because of their honesty. They fixed it right the first time! Finally, after years of no sound, I could enjoy my laptop. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and easy to talk with. They also sell drones, offer recycling of some electronic equipment and are a very knowledgeable resource. Call them to find out more of what they offer, they are a good company to deal with.
