Have a HP Envy laptop that didn't have sound for years. My husband, with some computer experience,…read moretried to fix the sound, but would only last about 20 minutes. I couldn't enjoy YouTube or seminars, closed caption wasn't the same as hearing the words. A Wisconsin Rapids computer company had it twice, we paid, but again, not fixed permanently, only lasting minutes. I chose I.T.S.M because it is a veteran owned company and because of their honesty. They fixed it right the first time! Finally, after years of no sound, I could enjoy my laptop. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and easy to talk with. They also sell drones, offer recycling of some electronic equipment and are a very knowledgeable resource. Call them to find out more of what they offer, they are a good company to deal with.

Our old insurance forced us to work with this company - & for the last 6 years it has been nothing…read morebut a headache. This company is in it simply for the money! Received a new prescription on 12/7 - Dr faxed prescription to Medwest while I stood in the office. 12/15 still no equipment - Medwest says they have no record of it. Re-faxed information. Gave Midwest the information that they could call. Next came a ton of excuses ranging from "well I only worked a half a day, I had meetings all day, I don't have their phone number, I don't have their fax number, the fax comes back with black lines & I can't read the fax." Called 12/29 & offered to pay to push this prescription through faster. Called 1/5 got a manager involved & gave them til 12pm on 1/6 to get the prescription filled. Medwest called at 1:42pm 1/6 to say they still didn't have the right fax information at which point we told them we no longer needed their services. Went to another medical equipment store and had the correct prescription not even an hour later. Pretty pathetic!!

Recently had some antenna issues for my over the air broadcasts. My local tower guy was out due to…read morea back injury so I contacted Selk to come and fix our antenna. It was determined that our antenna was bad and we needed another. The technician explained that they had a Wingard GS 2200 Sensar amplified antenna that they had installed numerous times and had great results with. I was familiar with this unit as I had seen it on the mfr web site at $70 retail price. At first I could not believe such a small odd looking thing would work, but low and behold it did. The problem I have with all of this is the highway robbery billing. Selk charged $170 for a $70 retail antenna that they pay less than $36 for. This is in addition to install and travel time bringing the bill to over $290. When I called and mentioned that the retail price of this antenna was only $70 and I was billed $170 I was told "we are not in the retail business. Apparently they are in the 400% plus mark up business. caveat emptor

She said I had to buy $100 worth to get the gift card. When I got home I checked & the offer said I needed to purchase $50 of items to get the gift card. When I returned today the manager said that it was too late to get the gift card. I told her that I was quite disappointed and asked if they could reconsider because I really thought I had followed the rules and qualified for the gift card. She insisted that the computer had changed over and she was unable to honor the offer. I don't plan to shop at target for a long time. I was a loyal customer until now.

This store had a few food aisles - no produce but wide selection of dry and frozen goods. Purchased Toy Story 3 right after release - they had many in stock, and were selling for less than what Walmart was charging. Had a very good experience at this store, would be a 5 if they had produce and I didn't have to stop at another store for lettuce.
