I went in yesterday to give them my old phone and was told that their iPad was broken and that the manager was not in store, so they wouldn't be able to accept my return, AND that also I actually only had 14 days to return it. My husband went back today to return it and was told that I would not be able to return my phone in store and that I was supposed to receive a shipping label when I got my new phone. I received a cardboard box in the mail with ONLY my phone and no shipping label. I called to ask more questions and was told that the employees are almost all new staff and was asked to "give them some grace." When I asked what would happen if they didn't accept my return in the mail because I only had two days to acquire a shipping label and get it to them, they told me they didn't know and that they were instructed to tell customers to reach out to the number they gave my husband. I was denied a conversation with a manager and there was no resolution. I am usually very nice to customer service employees because I know that these jobs are difficult, but it seems that being nice and not expecting to be taken advantage of was a mistake. The salesperson made a mistake that could potentially cost me the price of a new phone (that NOBODY CAN AFFORD RIGHT NOW) and there is no resolution. I am at the mercy of the team that handles intake, who my original salesperson SAID TO ME tries not to accept trade ins when they can get out of it for things as simple as the phone not being charged, and who will not take into account that an inexperienced salesperson gave me very wrong information. I would not recommend purchasing from or dealing with this store, because you may wind up in a similar scenario.

His bilingual employee, a lady, was so incredibly rude and short with an older man who came in with his elderly father to get him on his plan, she was rolling her eyes from the very beginning of the interaction, it got so toxic that Blair had to step in while he was helping us, while the other available employee was checked out on his device. Blair is a boss! The man deserves a raise and some good employees. It makes sense why the store has such low ratings. He can't do it by himself.

She typed it in their system and said it was showing the phone was locked and she couldn't help me. She suggested I return it and get one that was unlocked. She never looked at my phone. I called Motorola they said all their phones on their website are unlocked. I went back to the store she once again took serial numbers off the box and put it in their system. She showed me on that screen that it said phone was locked. She still didn't ask to see the phone. She said that she didn't want to attempt to activate the phone because she didn't want me to lose my money because it would cost $27.00 to activate it mind you I have had service with Cricket for over 10 years. I called Motorola again they said the phone was unlocked and suggested I go to another Cricket store. I went to the Cricket store in Plfugerville on Pecan St. I walked in told the young man I needed to get my phone activated. He asked for my info, took my phone and set it up and activated it in less than 5 minutes. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. So the lady at the Manor store either didn't know at all what she was doing. Or because she was alone in the store didn't want to be bothered. Or maybe it was because s was baby sitting the little kids she had behind the counter. Be careful what they tell you at the Manor store it just might not be true.

Signage for phones and accessories are very clear, as are signage for promotions. Space between phone tables is great. Families can gather around Apple phones while others are at Samsung, and they won't run into each other. When you walk in there is a lot of unused store space that allows many customers space to wait. Overall, this is a very good T-Mobile location.
