I was amazed that FDD was able , in very short order, to come to the house, do measurements, demo the old cabinets, and install new cabinets all in less than a month . The only reason I took away one star is that we were under the impression that the layout of the replacement cabinets would be identical to the existing, and they were not. We asked FDD to remedy this situation , and they declined. Overall, I do recommend them and would use them again, but I would make absolutely clear what I was buying and what would be delivered.

I remember them most for the gag gifts and the racey items/gifts -- its safe to say that nothing has changed. "Spence" is still good old "Spence". Purchased a new Duracell 30LA battery for my 2017 Harley Davidson Road Glide on 1/23/2024. On…read more10/15/2025 I returned it because it no longer had the cranking amps under load to properly start the bike. This particular battery carries a 2 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. I have purchased many of these same batteries in the past for my Harleys over the years and never had a problem until now. Chad, the guy at the counter load tested my fully charged battery and it tested at 13.1 volt and under load it tested at 313 cranking amps. This is a 400 cca rated battery. That's 87 cranking amps short of rated capacity. At that point Chad refused to honor the replacement warranty further stating that loss in capacity needed to be greater than 20%. I'm not really sure where Chad got his math education but 20% loss is still 320 amps and mine tested 313 amps. That's not enough to start a Harley Big Twin so essentially I now I have a $219 completely worthless battery that is ironically still under warranty. Apparently you don't get what you pay for at Batteries Plus anymore. Kind of odd that their website is filled with glowing reviews yet there is no provision for customers to leave reviews. Beware!

She was fantastic in getting an S25 phone , which was quite similar to my S22. Within a short time I was back in action with my new S25. It is not always easy getting a new phone because we are all used to our current one. Morgan showed me the ways and abouts of this new model and I greatly appreciated it. I'm really disappointed with my recent experience ordering replacement lenses from Oakley's…read morewebsite. I placed an order on Father's Day (Sunday) and accidentally selected the wrong lens color. I realized the mistake immediately and tried to cancel or modify the order right away, but there was no way to do that through the website. Turns out, the only way to cancel or make changes is to contact support, but unfortunately, support only works during business hours, so I couldn't reach anyone on Sunday. I submitted a help ticket and emailed support immediately, asking them to cancel the order. To my surprise, they told me it was too late to cancel or modify the order, even though the product won't be delivered for about 7 more days. How is it possible that you can't even make changes to an order that was just placed less than 24 hours ago and hasn't shipped yet? Now I'm stuck having to wait for the delivery, pay for shipping, and go through the hassle of a return and refund. This was especially frustrating because it happened on a holiday, and there was no customer service coverage at all. This process is not customer-friendly at all. Oakley, please improve your order management system to allow customers to cancel or edit their orders shortly after placing them -- especially for orders that clearly haven't shipped yet.
