To say they have a racket going on would be an understatement. The plan. Tell them they have to buy…read morethe insurance to get the phone. Lie. If you have a problem let them leave. If they come back call the manager who will tell you it's a misunderstanding. Another lie. Then he will tell you he will resolve it. Also there will be a survey coming out and the employee will get written up and terminated. Another lie. So to make things better he will give me a 50 dollar credit to leave a positive survey. It's the manager telling the employee to tell customers this. He told me. The service is bad, the manager worse and the store need closed or having T-Mobile find another representative.

Corporate told me I could drop it off at 3004 Lee Boulevard Lehigh Acres Florida 33971 That phone number is 239-205-7468. And that I did. I've called and made a complaint in corporate and in the store. I asked the store to reveal the footage from December 14th within 15 to 16 days and they would see me walk in to their store and Hand That device over the guy then comes back to the door with the device in his hand so you can clearly see he has it I'm in my vehicle and I relay corporates message and they said all they have to do is put a label on it and send it to the warehouse. Here it is September 18th and that watch was never received in the warehouse and the store that I returned it to is being very uncooperative and not trying to help me whatsoever they put me on hold for about 20 minutes that customer service even had to hang up I called them back they put me back on hold for another 10 minutes call them back and she asked me if I can call her back in 20 minutes because they have customers in the store. I'm a customer as well but I'm a customer with an issue that I'm getting charged for a watch that I don't have that could possibly still be in their store or they can find out which employee was the one that took it. What can I do? This is horrible customer service. Unbelievable.
