When all the rugs in our house needed cleaning, we called Ben and Billy, the brothers who own and are the sole operators of Fresh N Clean SWFL. They made all our rugs look showroom clean! AND they gave us a bottle of stain remover. Now, we've all bought stain removers at the store and none of them really work. But this one does!! And here's the part that really made my jaw drop. One day, when the guys were here cleaning our carpets, my wife asked if they cleaned slate tile. They said they did, so we set a time for them to come. Now, my house is 17 years old and the tiles had never been cleaned. Well, let me tell you, when Ben and Billy got done, it looked like we had brand new floors!! They didn't just run a buffer over the tiles, they used some kind of machine that digs out all the grime and dirt and makes your tiles look absolutely brand new! My wife and I have what we call our Stable of Stars. These are people who are so good at what they do, be they plumbers, handymen, electricians, etc., that when we need these kinds of services, we don't ask for recommendations from friends, we don't call around for estimates - we go to our Stable of Stars and pick up the phone. Fresh N Clean is SUCH a great company to use for your carpet and floor needs! Ben went above and beyond and got my place looking brand new! My rugs had some really high traffic areas and after their cleaning they were like new! I'm so impressed! Not to mention the HUGE difference I could see in my grout after they cleaned it, the thick grout went from being almost black to a light tan, it's original color. I am in awe of their amazing work. I was the one who spilled red wine on my "white" dining room chair and on. my berber carpet. i didn't think the carpet would be a problem. Ben is my new "hero". He examined the problem and was honest to say that he couldn't guarantee he could get the stain out of the chair, but in very short order my chair was totally restored. Fresh N Clean of SWFL did an excellent job removing a water stain from our 32-year-old carpet after a water pipe broke in our kitchen. We are doing a tear out in the spring and didn't want to replace the carpet and we also didn't want to look at the stain all winter.
