I walked in here, better prepared, and went straight towards the phone I wanted. Within minutes Pat, by far the best sales associate here, approached me and asked if I needed any help. After telling him what I needed and what I wanted, we were ready to take care of business. Being a longtime Apple iPhone user, and in that lucky crowd that was grandfathered in for unlimited data, Pat didn't try to persuade me to drop that feature. In fact he took the time to go over what I wanted in detail, unlike the store in Altoona. He covered all my questions and took the time to make sure I was set up to walk out of the store with my new phone ready to use. While he was setting it up he didn't try to up sale me on anything and did not continue to push. He was very easy to talk to as well. It goes without saying that I got my phone that day and will definitely tell people to come here if you are in the area.

Staff were fast and friendly working to the best of their ability. Our sim card issue was resolved within minutes and we had no hassle. Interesting thing about this location is that it use to be a pizza shop. I believe they kept the drive up window still intact.
