While I wasn't too happy about such a steep fee to get someone out here to tell me what I already knew (hey your garage door is broken and it needs a cable), I couldn't really argue. They came as scheduled and Rickie had our door fixed in about an hour. Here's what I was really happy about - he found the cable wasn't broken but just needed to be put back on the pulley. So no parts charges and his integrity was definitely a cost savings to us! Kudos to these guys. The honesty of their tech saved us money in the end and that is definitely worth more than anything else to us!
