He reset my settings without telling me and when he gave my phone back to me, my home screen was different. When asked if he reset my phone he proceeded to tell me to "calm down". I have photos on my phone that aren't backed up and was worried that i lost everything. How he handled the situation was WRONG. He should've explained what the settings reset did before he did it instead of just doing it then telling me he wouldn't reset my phone without telling me. Then proceeded to tell me that my iPhone wasn't working because my Apple Watch needed updated. Then sent me home with a phone that i needed to reset and get all my info back and still no cellular network to use my phone. Save yourself a trip and make the drive to either Williamsport or State College.
